On September 8, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the people of Kazakhstan with another Message: "Kazakhstan in the era of artificial intelligence: Current challenges and their solutions through digital transformation"
The message says that the formation of competencies in the field of artificial intelligence should begin much earlier – from school. The first step towards this goal in the Secondary School of the village of Belagash is high-speed Internet fiber.
129 students and 16 pre-school students study at the village school. The coverage of children with free meals is 100%. The middle and senior level is supported by the sponsorship of Belagash LLP in the amount of 3167582 tenge.
In the 2024-2025 academic year, there were 11 graduates, of whom -1 graduated from Altyn Belgi, and 3 students graduated with honors. 4 people have been accepted for the grant.
There is a museum of local lore at the school, and the Arystan military-patriotic club.
According to the message, it is planned to increase the effectiveness of satellite monitoring of agricultural lands using artificial intelligence, on the basis of which in-depth analysis of land quality, yield, condition and distribution of agricultural crops of commodity producers will be carried out. Belagash LLP is a large grain producer with modern machinery and state-of-the-art technologies.
Investments of Belagash LLP for 8 months of 2025 amounted to 26 million 477 thousand tenge.
The Head of State pays special attention to stimulating employment and the development of the labor market, creating new jobs.
In this direction, in order to reduce unemployment in the village, 10 people were employed on private initiatives, 1 person was sent for short-term training and further employed from among young people, 1 person was employed under the state program to support employment of persons over fifty years of age and ensure stable income until retirement, 2 people were employed for community service, who later they were employed.
The issue of improving the financial literacy of citizens is still relevant. This year alone, 12 people were trained and received legal advice within the framework of the Karyzsyz Kogam project initiated by the AMANAT party.
As part of the "Road to School" campaign, 16 people were involved for a total amount of 228,000 tenge. The sponsors are Belagash LLP, IP Gertner, IP Zhanabaev, the pedagogical staff of the school.
The FAP operates on the territory of the village. There are 167 people registered for various diseases. Everyone is receiving basic therapy and medications. 82% passed the fluorescence examination. Screening of the adult population was conducted. 79 people were treated at the day hospital.
In the era of artificial intelligence, the President's Message pays special attention to the development of culture and sports. The village has all the social and cultural facilities.
Belagash Recreation Center has a dance group "Carnival", a vocal group "Zhuravushki", a vocal group "Star Rain", a children's choir "Dostar". These groups are multiple laureates of the regional amateur art show. They take an active part in the culture of village and district life. 3 charity concerts were held.
There is a sports and recreation complex in the village. The population attends the football, basketball, and wrestling sections for free. It is planned to open a tennis section.
Our athletes actively participate in district and regional competitions, where they take prizes.
Charity tournaments in volleyball, football and basketball were held.
Islam Gasimov took the third place at the Asian Championship in Vietnam.
At the summer regional Spartakiad "Ak Bidai 2025" our team took the all-team 4th place, 1st place in athletics.
There is a library in the village. The librarian conducts various forms of events according to anniversaries and memorable dates, and there is also a digital station and a branch of Kazpost.
As part of the spring and autumn month activities for landscaping, sanitation, and landscaping of settlements, green spaces were planted in Belagash village. Also, as part of the Republican campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", clean-up days are being held, trees are being crowned, the bus stop is being whitewashed,
cleaning along the route, as well as strengthening the fence and replacing posts.
The builders of Belagash LLP repaired the playground, and the pedagogical staff of the school painted it.
On September 20, 2025, in the village of Belagash, an international campaign "World elean day" was held to collect garbage along the highway and clean house plots.
16 actions of "Taza Kazakhstan" were held, in which 189 participants took part, 622.5 tons of monsoon were collected and exported by the forces of Belagash LLP.
Another problem that directly affects the lives and health of citizens is road safety. 22 road signs have been installed in the village.
The water supply in the village is centralized, from the open reservoir of Lake Belagash. Water is chlorinated twice a year. This year, 3 gusts have been eliminated, and the water tower has been repaired. 10 hatches were purchased, of which 4 hatches are installed on wells. 1 depth pump was purchased.
For street lighting, title documents for the right of permanent land use on land plots for the operation and maintenance of power transmission poles along seven streets have been legalized. 10 lanterns were purchased. The meter on Moskovskaya St. was replaced, the cable was replaced on Frunze St. The financing plan for the "Street lighting of settlements" program provides for 2,654.0 thousand tenge, at the moment 1,185.0 thousand tenge has been spent on electricity payments for street lighting.
In his Message, the President stressed that the principle of zero tolerance for any offense is of paramount importance. 124 administrative protocols were drawn up during the reporting period.
