There are 273 households in the village.
Agricultural industry
Kazakhstan is an agroindustrial country in which agriculture is the sphere of vital activity of the majority of the population. Agricultural production in the village is carried out by Belagash LLP, a large producer of grain and livestock products, which has modern equipment and owns modern technologies. The cleaning work is over. This year, 22,818 hectares of grain were harvested. The gross threshing amounted to 20106.9 tons. The yield was 8.8 quintals per hectare.
Investments of Belagash LLP for 9 months of 2024 are 47389 thousand tenge.
The number of cattle in the private sector is 562 cattle and 258 cows. pigs – 99 heads, sheep – 596 , goats - 13 heads, horses – 230 heads. Birds – 3002 of them chickens – 1656 pieces .
One of the main tasks of our work is epizootic well-being in the village.
Veterinary and preventive measures against especially dangerous diseases common to animals and humans are carried out every year on the territory of the village of Belagash. In April of this year, before the cattle were driven to pasture, blood was taken from the private sector for brucellosis, vaccinations were made and the young were probed.
The capture of dogs in the amount of 12 pieces was carried out. (An application has been sent to the Vet.service for further trapping and destruction of stray dogs).
Identification of farm animals was carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine
Small business
The President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
There are 5 retail outlets registered in the village, including 3 grocery stores and 2 clothing boutiques that provide the population with food and daily necessities in full, 1 service station, 1 hairdresser.
There is a public bathhouse in the village, a bakery where bread is sold at a price of 85 tenge per 1 loaf, and a leisure center with 160 seats.
Social protection
The economically active population is 445 people, 404 of them are employed. There are 17 people who are not working.
The development of the market through the promotion of employment and the mobility of labor resources, 1 person from among the unemployed who performs work on the improvement of the village was involved in public works.
125 pensioners live in the village, 13 of them are working, People with disabilities – 30 people. 2 of them are children.
Persons with disabilities of working age – 24 people, including working people with disabilities – 8 people.
There are 3 social workers in the village, who are assigned to 16 pensioners living alone.
Education
The education system in the village is represented by the KSU "Belagash Village Comprehensive School" with 157 students (141 of them are students and 16 are pre-school students). The coverage of children with free meals is 100%. Primary school meals are provided by the Department of Education of the Zhaksyn district, the middle and senior levels are fed by sponsorship from Belagash LLP, with which a memorandum has been concluded with Belagash LLP. The school has a computer lab with Internet access, a multimedia room, an interactive whiteboard, and a medical center. There are subject rooms of physics, chemistry, and biology. Work has begun on providing high-speed Internet access to the school.
There are 51 employees at the school, 26 of them teachers, 22 of whom have higher education and 4 with secondary special education.
In the 2023-2024 academic year, 2 graduates received the Altyn Belgi badge - Alina Sapargalieva, Sherniyaz Danial.
2 graduates received a special certificate – Angelina Lysenko, Sherniyaz Dilshat.
The quality of knowledge in the school was 62%. The Unified National Testing (UNT) was passed by 5 graduates. 4 graduates have been accepted for the grant.
The school has a mini-center with 8 employees, including 2 people with pedagogical education and 43 children in attendance.
Heating in the buildings of the school and the mini-center is autonomous. The teaching staff and students of the school take an active part in sports and cultural events, both at the school and in the district and region. The school has a museum of local lore, which is constantly replenished with exhibits. There is a military-patriotic club "Arystan", club members regularly take prizes in district and regional competitions in NVP. (the head is A.A. Pobidenny). In November 2017, a Board of Trustees was organized at the school from among the parent community.
Healthcare
There is an FAP on the territory of the village, the staff consists of two nurses. Two nurses are currently working. One nurse is responsible for the children's population, the second for the adult population. 123 people are registered for various diseases. All receive basic therapy drugs. 91% of the total plan underwent a fluorescence examination.
111 people were treated at the day hospital.
100 people received the flu vaccine. Vaccinations are received in full. There are no refuseniks.
Culture and sports
The village has all the socio-cultural, household facilities necessary for the life of the villagers.
The village has a House of Culture with a hall for 352 seats, where meetings and concerts dedicated to various celebrations are held. There are clubs at the House of culture: adult vocal group "Zhuravushki", senior and junior dance groups "Carnival", children's vocal group "Star Rain", children's choir "Dostar".
On October 28, the Carnival dance group (artistic director Elmira Suleymanova, choreographer Elena Riga) of the Belagash Rural House of Culture took part in the choreographic competition of folk and modern dance "BIRLIK", held within the framework of the republican dance project "BI Revolution". In this competition, the girls performed two dances. And in the nomination "Folk stylized dance" our girls were awarded the Grand Prix award for the performance of "Spanish Dance". In the same nomination, but for the performance of "Chinese Dance", the contestants were awarded the first place. Congratulations to our girls and wish them further victories!
There is a library in the village with a book collection of over 20,000 thousand copies, 4,900 copies in the state language. The librarian conducts various forms of events according to anniversaries and memorable dates. The library shapes the future based on cultural heritage, introduces artistic traditions and introduces new forms of cultural and leisure activities. For this purpose, literary trips, literary acquaintances, art exhibitions, interviews, promotions, musical lounges, a musical are held.
The library has switched to a new form of work – online information. Videos are created for anniversaries and calendar dates, and publications are posted on social networks and on the CBS website. Internet users respond positively to publications with a large number of views.
There is a sports and recreation complex in the village, the population visits it Free of charge (football, basketball, wrestling sections)
The sports methodologist conducts sections according to the schedule. Athletes repeatedly take part in district and regional competitions in the following sports:- volleyball, tennis, mini-football, chess and checkers, where they take prizes.
Greco-Roman wrestling sections are also held, wrestlers are trained: head coach Mukstad Egor Ivanovich and young coach Gasimov Tagir Rustamogly.
On August 30 of this year, competitions in table games were held: tennis, checkers and chess.
Friendly mini-football matches were held.
On October 19, 2024, chess competitions were held in the regional House of Culture as part of the month dedicated to the "Day of the Elderly". In the village of Talshik, Akzhar district of North Kazakhstan, Arseny Ishtuganov took the third place in Greco-Roman wrestling in the 44 kg weight category for the prize of the master of sports Tolegen Kozhuldakov.
From September 19-21, 2024, Atbasar hosted a Greco-Roman wrestling tournament in honor of Hero of the Soviet Union Akan Kurmanov, where Arseny Ishtuganov took 3rd place in the 45 kg weight category.
Also at the XXII open Republican Greco-Roman wrestling tournament for the prizes of the Ualiev T. A. Sports School LLP, which took place on October 29 to 31 this year in the village of Zhaksy, Arseny Ishtuganov was awarded a diploma for taking 3rd place in the 44 kg weight category.

Landscaping
As part of the implementation of the activities of the spring and autumn month on landscaping, sanitary cleaning, landscaping of the territories of settlements in the village of Belagash, widespread clean-up days were held as part of the environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan". The territory of the village has been cleared of foliage, household garbage and dry vegetation. The trees were crowned, the stop was also adjusted (painting, whitewashing), damaged manholes of wells were replaced. This year, work continued on the installation of fencing on Bereka Street, at the expense of Belagash LLP. The facades of public and residential buildings are being repaired, including landscaping of the fixed territory. By the forces of Belagash LLP, manure was partially removed from the household in the amount of 711 tons, 5 units of equipment from Belagash LLP were involved. Spontaneous landfills in the amount of 2 pieces and abandoned dilapidated buildings in the amount of 1 were eliminated. 2 units of equipment from Zhaksa Su Arnasy were involved
There are 12 road signs installed in the village. Attention children – 3 characters. Pedestrian crossing – 6 signs. The main road has 1 sign. Give way – 1 sign. The movement of trucks is 1 sign.
The water supply in the village is centralized, from the open reservoir of Lake Belagash. Chlorination of water is carried out twice a year. For uninterrupted and constant water supply, two deepwater pumps and one shore pump were previously purchased and supplied.
Criminal situation
142 administrative protocols have been drawn up in 9 months of this year. In the amount of 986, 763 thousand tenge. Crimes – 4. All crimes have been solved.
