In total there are 273 households in the village.
Agriculture
Kazakhstan is an agro-industrial country in which agriculture is the sphere of life of the majority of the population. Agricultural production in the village is carried out by Belagash LLP, a large producer of grain and livestock products, which has modern equipment and uses modern technologies. Spring field work is underway.
The number of livestock in the private sector is cattle - 599 heads, cows - 271 heads. pigs - 116 heads, sheep - 599, goats - 15 heads, horses - 240 heads. Birds - 3100 of which chickens - 1711 pieces.
One of the main tasks of our work is epizootic well-being in the village.
On the territory of the village of Belagash, veterinary preventive measures are carried out every year against particularly dangerous diseases common to animals and humans. In April of this year, before moving livestock to pasture, blood was taken from the private sector for brucellosis, vaccinations were given and the young animals were tested.
A total of 12 dogs were shot.
Identification of farm animals was carried out in the manner established by the authorized body in the field of veterinary medicine
Small business
In the Address of the President of the country to the people of Kazakhstan, much attention is paid to the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
There are 5 retail outlets registered on the territory of the village, of which 3 are grocery stores and 2 clothing boutiques, which provide the population with food and everyday goods in full.
The village has a public bathhouse, a bakery where bread is sold at a price of 85 tenge per loaf, and a leisure center with 160 seats.
Social protection
The economically active population is 456 people, of which 406 are working people. Not working – 28 people.
Market development through promoting employment and mobility of labor resources for public works, from among the unemployed, 1 person was attracted to perform work on the improvement of the village.
There are 119 pensioners living in the village, of which 8 are working people, persons with disabilities – 30 people. of which 2 are children.
Persons with disabilities of working age – 23 people, including working persons with disabilities – 11 people.
There are 3 social workers in the village, who are assigned to 16 pensioners living alone.
In honor of the celebration of the national holiday “Nauryznam”, the office of the akim of the village of Belagash, Zhaksyn district, presented food packages to large families.
Education
The education system in the village is represented by the KSU Comprehensive Secondary School of the village of Belagash with a number of students of 163, coverage of children with free meals is 100%, a memorandum has been concluded with Belagash LLP. The school has a computer lab with Internet access, a multimedia room, an interactive whiteboard, and a medical center. There are subject rooms for physics, chemistry, and biology.
The school employs 46 employees, including teachers, 26 teachers, of which 20 are teachers with higher education and 6 teachers with secondary specialized education.
The heating in the school and mini-center buildings is autonomous. The teaching staff and students of the school take an active part in sports and cultural events, both in the school and in the district and region. The school operates a local history museum, which is constantly updated with exhibits. There is a military-patriotic club “Arystan”; club members regularly take prizes in district and regional Olympiads in CVP. (headed by A.A. Pobidenny). In November 2017, a Board of Trustees from among the parent community was organized at the school.
Healthcare
There is a first aid station on the territory of the village, the staff consists of two nurses, but at the moment one nurse is working, the second is on maternity leave. There are 124 people on the “D” register for various diseases. Within 3 months, 112% of people underwent fluoroexamination as planned. Free medicine provision 100%.
28 people were treated at the day hospital.
Culture and sports
The village has all the socio-cultural and household facilities necessary for the life of the village residents.
The village has a House of Culture with a hall for 352 seats, where meetings and concerts dedicated to various celebrations are held. So, on April 10, 2024, a regional show of amateur folk art “Akmola Zhuldyzdary” and an exhibition dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the Zhoshy ulus, the 190th anniversary of Birzhan sal Kozhagululy, the 160th anniversary of Baluan Sholak and the 85th anniversary of the Akmola region were held.
The village has a library with a book collection of over 21,995 thousand copies, 4,900 copies in the state language. The librarian conducts various forms of events according to anniversaries and memorable dates.
The sports methodologist conducts sections according to the schedule. They repeatedly take part in district and regional competitions in the following sports: - volleyball, tennis, mini-football, chess and checkers, where they take prizes.
From February 12 to 14, 2024, the Akmola Region Championship in Greco-Roman wrestling among youth born in 2007-2008, 2009 – 2010 (from 14 to 17 years old) was held in Stepnogorsk. 6 teams arrived for the competition. 150 athletes. Our young residents and school students showed good results. Islam Gasimov (born 2008, 16 years old) in the 65 kg weight category. took 1st place. Arseny Ishtuganov (born 2010, 14 years old) in the 38 kg weight category. took 2nd place.
From February 19 to 21, 2024, the Republican Greco-Roman wrestling tournament was held in Astana, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan among youth born in 2008-2009. (15-16 years old). 250 athletes from all regions of Kazakhstan arrived at the competition. Our resident, school student Islam Gasimov (born in 2008, 16 years old) in the 71 kg weight category. took 2nd place. Islam Gasimov also took part in competitions – Zhaksy Ualiev, where he took 1st place and in Uzbekistan Fergana – 2nd place.

Improvement
As part of the implementation of the spring month activities for improvement, sanitary cleaning, and landscaping of the territories of settlements in the village. Belagash held widespread cleanup days as part of the environmental campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”. The village area has been cleared of leaves and household waste. The facades of public and residential buildings are being repaired, incl. improvement of the assigned territory.
The water supply in the village is centralized, from the open reservoir of Lake Belagash. The water is chlorinated twice a year. For uninterrupted and constant water supply, two deep and one shore pump were purchased and installed.
Crime situation
During the first quarter of this year, 44 protocols were drawn up. In the amount of -712,657 tenge. Crimes – 0. No crimes were committed in the administrative area.
Taking this opportunity, we would like to express our gratitude to Belagash LLP, which during the flood period helped with equipment in eliminating the emergency. They carried sand and gravel and strengthened possible flooding areas. We worked under extremely stressful conditions.
