Geographical characteristics of the area:

On the territory of the Central Center there are:
1) Chemical warehouse
2) 5 warehouses for grain storage
3) A complex for storing and transporting grain, built in 2012 with a total useful volume of 17,808 m3, which allows it to accommodate 14,028 tons of grain.
4) 14 Asphalt Sites for temporary placement of grain during harvesting campaigns
In 2012, a grain storage and transportation complex with a volume of 17,808 m3 (14,028 thousand tenge) was put into operation.
Seed grain cleaning occurs through Yubus and Cimbria cleaning machines. The cleaning power is up to 20 tons per hour.
Commercial grain also undergoes cleaning through the Cimbria cleaning complex; in 1 hour of work, 100-120 tons per hour are cleaned
Dairy commercial farm (MCF).
In 2017, 2 cattle bases for 400 heads each were built.

The source of water supply is the open reservoir Lake Belagash
Population of the village Belagash is provided with a stable water supply. Currently, drinking water is supplied to 287 households.
Asphalting of Mira and Frunze streets has been completed. Along Frunze and Sovetskaya streets, 17 solar-powered poles were installed.
As part of the improvement of the village, the entrance to Belagashskaya Secondary School was paved and asphalt was laid on Victory Square

On the territory of the village there is a comprehensive secondary school of the village of Belagash. Commissioning date: 1961. The design capacity of the school is 460 places. There are 157 students studying there.
