  1. General Provisions
  1. The state institution “Apparatus of the akim of the village of Belagash, Zhaksyn district” (hereinafter referred to as the akim’s apparatus) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the village akim (hereinafter referred to as the akim) and carries out other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
  2. The akim’s apparatus carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations on the akim’s apparatus.
  3. The akim’s apparatus is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution; in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, standard forms, and accounts with treasury authorities.
  4. The akim’s office enters into civil legal relations on its own behalf.
  5. The akim’s office has the right to act as a party to civil legal relations on behalf of the state in accordance with the law.
  6. The regulations on the akim’s apparatus and its structure are approved by the akimat of the Zhaksyn district.
  7. Full name: state institution “Apparatus of the akim of the village of Belagash, Zhaksyn district” and legal address of the akim’s apparatus: 021005, Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola region, Zhaksyn district, Belagash village, Bereke street, 16A.
  8. The akim’s apparatus is formed, abolished and reorganized by the akimat of the Zhaksyn region.
  9. The akim’s apparatus is a state institution maintained at the expense of the local budget.
  10. The akim’s apparatus is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the purpose of fulfilling duties that are the functions of the akim’s apparatus.
