Agricultural industry
Belagash LLP, a large grain producer with modern machinery and modern technologies, is engaged in agricultural production in the village. He is also engaged in the cultivation of livestock, the production and sale of meat and milk.
There are 256 households in the village, of which 172 have livestock and poultry. As of January 1, 2026, the number of cattle in the private sector is 582 cattle and 267 cows. pigs – 97 heads, sheep – 600, goats - 13 heads, horses – 242 heads. There are 3,100 birds – including 1,711 chickens .
On the territory of the village there is 1 private herd, 1 shepherd in a herd of 3 bulls, 100 heads..
Veterinary medicine
Veterinary and preventive measures are carried out every year on the territory of the village of Belagash against particularly dangerous diseases common to animals and humans. In April of this year, before cattle were driven to pasture, blood was taken from the private sector for brucellosis, vaccinations were carried out and the young animals were tested.
Small business
The President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan pays great attention to the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
There are 5 retail outlets registered in the village, including 3 grocery stores and 2 clothing boutiques that provide the population with food and daily necessities in full, 1 service station, 1 hairdresser.

Education
The education system in the village is represented by the KSU "Secondary School of the village of Belagash" with 141 students, including 15 pre-school students. The coverage of children with free meals is 100%. Primary school meals are provided by the Department of Education of the Zhaksyn district, the middle and senior levels are fed by the sponsorship of Belagash LLP, with which a memorandum has been concluded. The school has a computer lab with high-speed Internet access, a multimedia room, an interactive whiteboard, and a medical center. There are subject rooms for physics, chemistry, and biology.
The school employs 52 employees, 26 of them teachers, 22 of whom have higher education and 5 with secondary specialized education.
In the 2025-2026 academic year, 8 graduates, of whom one graduate pre-graduates with the sign "Altyn Belgi".
The school has a full-day mini-center with 12 employees. Including 4 people with pedagogical education.
The technical staff consists of 6 people and 2 guards. The mini-center is attended by 39 pupils, in the middle group "Balapan" 19 pupils, in the younger group 20 pupils.
The teaching staff of the school actively participates in the life of the village and the district.
In October 2025, a student of our school, Alina Sapargalieva Zharkynovna, became the winner of the Republican Best Student Competition and was awarded the badge "Best Student" for her contribution to the development of youth policy. within the framework of the project "New Kazakhstan – Kazakhstani patriotism" in order to promote creative ideas and new beginnings of talented youth.
This year, Alina Sapargalieva, the winner of the international competition "Best Student of Central Asia", was awarded the 1st degree diploma for her contribution to the development of youth policy in Central Asian countries, as well as the badge "Best Student of Central Asia" for her contribution to the development of youth policy in Central Asian countries and active participation in public events.
We are also sincerely proud of his achievements of our student Islam Gasimov.
Despite his young age, he is already a two-time champion of Kazakhstan, the winner of the Asian U17 Championship and international tournaments. His perseverance, hard work and strength of character are an example for all our students. We wish you further victories and new heights.
Healthcare
There is an FAP on the territory of the village, the staff consists of two nurses and 1 technician. Staff. Two nurses are currently working. One nurse is responsible for the children's population, the second for the adult population. There are 171 people registered for various diseases. Everyone is receiving basic medication therapy. The population's fluorography is carried out according to the plan.
The population is screened for cervical cancer during the reporting period – 31 people, circulatory heart disease - 78 people, breast cancer - 62 people, rectal cancer – 64 people.
Vaccinations are received in full. There are no refuseniks.
Culture and sports
There is a House of Culture in the village with a hall for 352 seats, where meetings and concerts dedicated to various celebrations are held.

At the beginning of the year, a master class on playing the dombra was held at the House of Culture and an exhibition on the theme "Dombra is the soul of the steppe" was organized.
On April 15, amateur artists took an active part in the regional folk art competition dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Following the results of the event, the Carnival dance group was awarded the title of laureate.
FOK
There is a sports and recreation complex in the village. The population visits it for free (football, basketball, Greco-Roman wrestling sections). A tennis section has recently been opened.
The sports methodologist conducts sections according to the schedule. Athletes have repeatedly participated in district and regional competitions in the following sports:- volleyball, tennis, mini-football, chess and checkers, where they take prizes.

The village of Belagash is one of the settlements of the district where residents pay great attention to an active and healthy lifestyle. Sports infrastructure is gradually developing here, conditions are being created for physical education and the organization of useful leisure activities for children, youth and adults. Many villagers try to actively spend their free time, participate in sports events and support various initiatives aimed at the development of sports.
The Belagash Sports and Recreation Complex plays an important role in the sports life of the village. It has become a place where training sessions, sports meetings and various events take place regularly. For many residents, FOK is a center of attraction where they can play sports, socialize and keep fit. The complex is especially actively visited by children and teenagers who participate with interest in training and competitions.
There are several sports sections on the basis of the sports and recreation complex. Each of them gathers fans of a certain sport. Thanks to this, residents have the opportunity to choose an activity according to their interests and train regularly.
In addition to regular training sessions, sports competitions and friendly meetings are often held in FOKA.Charity tournaments are also organized here, in which teams from the village and nearby settlements take part. Such events not only promote sports, but also unite residents, create an atmosphere of support and mutual assistance. During such tournaments, spectators gather, fans actively support the participants, and the atmosphere itself becomes truly festive.
Thanks to the work of the sports and recreation complex, children and youth have the opportunity to develop their sports skills, strengthen their health and spend their free time actively and usefully. Adult residents also take part in training and games, setting an example for the younger generation.
The work of the sports sections contributes to the fact that more and more villagers are involved in physical culture. Children and teenagers get the opportunity to develop strength, endurance and team spirit, while adults maintain an active lifestyle.
Thus, the Belagash sports and Recreation complex plays an important role in the life of the village. It unites people of different ages, promotes the development of sports and strengthens friendly relations between residents. Thanks to such initiatives, the village of Belagash continues to develop and becomes a place where sports and an active lifestyle occupy an important place in the life of society.
The Championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in Astana, where Islam Gasimov performed well and won a bronze medal.
Library
The village has a library with a book collection of over 13,000 thousand copies, and over 5,000 copies in the state language. The librarian organizes various forms of events according to anniversaries and memorable dates: literary trips, literary acquaintances, art exhibitions, interviews, promotions, musical lounges, a musical.

As part of the landscaping month, the cemetery was cleared of debris. Trees were crowned.
A playground was purchased and a mini-center was transferred to use.

The water supply in the village is centralized, from the open reservoir of Lake Belagash. Water is chlorinated twice a year. For uninterrupted and constant water supply, two deepwater and one shore pump were previously purchased and supplied.
Locksmiths clean the pump from silt and dirt during high water, repair the pump at the water lifting station, as well as repair houses, replace and install taps and meters.
On May 6 of this year, the gust on Imanova St. was eliminated.
On May 10 of this year, the pump was replaced with a new one.
According to the street lighting, the automatic starter knocks out and requires replacement of the cable 60 m. on Bereke Street. On Saryarka Street, a machine gun is knocked out in wet weather. 10 street lights on Bereke Street were purchased and replaced.

Together with the district police officer, we conduct raids to visit parents who do not fulfill their duties in raising their minor children. We visit alcohol abusers together in the village of Belagash. A public council was held, as a result of which 1 unaccountable person was employed in Belagash LLP.
