- between Avicenna-Burabay LLP and the health Department, a PPP contract was signed on 12.06.17 for the transfer of objects of the Burabay district to the trust management: the project cost is 2.3 billion rubles.the project implementation period is 30 years (2017-2047). the Private partner carries out reconstruction, modernization of the PPP object, construction of external engineering networks and a boiler room. The measure of state support in this project is the compensation of compensation and investment costs.
At the moment the health Department of Akmola region (hereafter-the Administration) claim related work on termination of the PPP Agreement due to substantial breach of contract.
- for the "Supply and service of a CT scanner in the GCP at the Kokshetau city multi-specialty hospital", contract No. 1 was signed on 12.02.2019. within the framework of the PPP with lgroup LLP: the project cost is 381.6 million tenge; the project implementation period is 3 years (2019-2021); However, according to the contract, the state partner reimburses compensation, investment and operating costs during the period specified in the contract.
- in may of this year, agreement No. 2 was signed with "LGroup" LLP for the supply of 30 mobile medical ambulance complexes for linear teams in the GCP at the regional emergency medical service station under the health Department of the Akmola region: the project cost is 790.0 million tenge; the project implementation period is 5 years (2019-2023). the Type of support from the state is the payment of compensation and investment costs.
- PPP Project "Opening of a hemodialysis center in the city of Atbasar": the project cost is 37.0 million tenge, a private partner provides medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care. Measure of state support: free provision of premises in a state organization with payment of utilities by a private partner. The agreement was signed with B. B. NURA LLP from August 2019 to December 31, 2026.
