The State Institution "Health Department of Akmola region", guided by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 375 dated July 4, 2021, announces the purchase of medicines for 2021, the request for price proposals.
Acceptance (registration) of applications for participation in the tender in sealed envelopes ends at 09:30 on October 8, 2021, at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola region, Kokshetau city, K.Satpayev Street, 1 building A, office 212, Department of Public Procurement and Logistics Equipment.
The procedure for opening tenders will take place at 11:30 a.m. on October 8, 2021, at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola region, Kokshetau city, K.Satpayev Street, 1 building A, office 214 (conference hall).

Potential suppliers will submit only one sealed price offer before the deadline for submitting price proposals expires. The envelope contains a price offer in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare, a permit confirming the rights of an individual or legal entity to carry out activities or actions (operations) carried out by licensing authorities through licensing or licensing procedures, within the time limits set by the organizer of the purchase, as well as documents confirming the compliance of the offered goods with the requirements established by Chapter 4 of the Rules for the Organization and Conduct of the Purchase of Medicines, medical devices and specialized medical products within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) in the system of compulsory social health insurance, pharmaceutical services" dated June 4, 2021 No. 375 (hereinafter referred to as the rules), as well as the description and scope of pharmaceutical services.
The submission of a price offer by a potential supplier is a form of consent to supply goods or provide pharmaceutical services in compliance with the terms of the request and a model purchase agreement or a contract for the provision of pharmaceutical services in the form approved by the authorized body in the field of healthcare.
In cases where identical price offers are submitted, the potential supplier who first submitted the price offer is recognized as the winner.
The winner submits to the customer of the purchase within ten calendar days from the date of recognition as the winner, documents confirming compliance with the qualification requirements according to paragraph 102 of the Rules.
In case of non-compliance of the winner with the qualification requirements, the purchase of price proposals is considered invalid.
