In accordance with the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic
Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing
crop yield and quality improvement"
(registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal
Acts No. 20209), Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
1. To approve the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (except
organic) and subsidy rates per 1 ton (liter, kilogram) fertilizers
purchased from the fertilizer seller for 2025 in accordance with the annex to
this resolution.
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the
supervising deputy akim of the Akmola region.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten
calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
