JOINT RESOLUTION AND DECISION
On amendments to the joint resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated October 21, 2015 No. A-10/480 and the decision of the Akmola regional Maslikhat Dated October 21, 2015 No. 5C-42-3 "On the establishment of basic rates of payment for land plots when They are Granted to private ownership in the territory of settlements of the Akmola region"
In accordance with the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES and Akmola regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
To amend the joint resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated October 21, 2015 No. A-10/480 and the decision of the Akmola regional Maslikhat dated October 21, 2015 No. 5C-42-3 "On the establishment of basic rates of payment for land plots when they are granted to private ownership in the territory of settlements of the Akmola region" (registered in the Register of State Registration regulatory legal acts No. 5106) the following change:
the annex to the said joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat should be set out in a new edition, according to the annex to this joint resolution of the akimat and the decision of the maslikhat.
This joint resolution of the Akimat and the decision of the maslikhat is put into effect after ten calendar days after the date of their first official publication.
