On approval of the volume of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production in the Akmola region for 2023
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20209), Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
1. To approve the volume of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production in the Akmola region for 2023 in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of Akmola region", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Akmola region.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Akmola region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
