On the abolition of the quarantine
regime on the territory
of the Akmola region and amendments
to the resolution of the Akimat
of the Akmola region dated
May 28, 2021 No. A-5/270
"On the establishment of a quarantine zone
with the introduction of a quarantine regime
on the territory of the Akmola region"
In accordance with Article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Plant Quarantine", based on the submission of the Akmola Regional Territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2023 No. 03-06-70, Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
1. To cancel the quarantine regime on the territory of Akmola region in the volumes of infected areas in the following areas:
1) Zharkainsky district, Otradny rural district, infected area - 400 hectares of creeping mustard (pink);
2) Korgalzhynsky district, Kenbidaysky rural district, infected area - 150 hectares of creeping mustard (pink);
3) Korgalzhynsky district, Karashalginsky rural district, infected area - 615 hectares of creeping mustard (pink);
4) Sandyktausky district, Vasilevsky rural district, infected area - 540 hectares of creeping mustard (pink);
5) Tselinogradsky district, Manshuksky rural district, the infected area is 0.46 hectares of field grass.
2. To make the following changes to the resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region "On the establishment of a quarantine zone with the introduction of a quarantine regime in the territory of Akmola region" dated May 28, 2021 No. A-5/270 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 8493):
annexes 1, 2, 3 to the said resolution should be set out in a new version in accordance with annexes 1, 2, 3 to this resolution.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Akmola region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
