Pre-release to the draft regulatory legal act "On approval of the boundaries of assessment zones and correction coefficients to the base rates of payment for land plots in the city of Kosshy, Akmola region"
The draft decision of the Akmola regional Maslikhat "On approval of the boundaries of assessment zones and correction coefficients to the basic rates of payment for land plots in the city of Kosshy of the Akmola region" (hereinafter referred to as the project) was developed in order to implement Article 11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which the boundaries of assessment zones and correction coefficients to the basic rates of payment for land plots in cities regional significance are approved by the representative body of the region on the proposal of the local executive body of the region.
Adoption of the draft decision will not require additional financial costs from the state budget.
