On the approval of the list of priority crops and subsidy rates, as well as the amount of budget funds to increase the yield and quality of crop production
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20209) Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
1. Approve:
the list of priority crops and the norms of subsidies for increasing the yield and quality of crop production in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution;
the amount of budgetary funds for increasing the yield and quality of crop production in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Akmola region after its official publication.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the Akmola region.
4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
