About change of borders (lines)
of the settlement of the city of Shchuchinsk
of the Burabaysky district
In accordance with Article 108 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Administrative-Territorial Structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Articles 6, 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES and Akmola Regional Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Change the boundaries (line) of the city of Shchuchinsk, Burabaysky district, by including 283.7 hectares from reserve lands in the boundaries (line) and excluding 25.74 hectares from the lands of the settlement according to the annex to this joint resolution and decision.
2. This resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region and the decision of the Akmola regional Maslikhat shall enter into force after ten calendar days after the date of their first official publication.
