The procedure for providing services for subsidizing interest rates on loans and leasing of technological equipment, for the purchase of farm animals, as well as leasing of agricultural machinery.
- Subsidizing is carried out on the Gosagro.kz web portal.kz
- In order to provide public services to the registers, it is necessary to have an EDS for self-registration of the Koldau AIS. Access to the information service "Electronic Register of applications for subsidies" is provided to: Subsidized entities - on a paid basis and subject to their signing a User Agreement* using an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan
- Submission of the Offer by the borrower at the location of the individual and legal entity
- Sending the borrower's Proposal to financial institutions for consideration
- The financial Institution, in order of priority, sends Proposals for decision-making to the working body
- The Working Body further approves or rejects the Proposal (within 10 working days).
- Upon approval, a subsidy agreement is formed (within 3 working days)
- Submission of a subsidy application by a financial institution (within 3 working days)
- Acceptance of the application by the working body for payment (within 3 working days)
- Payment of the subsidy to the account of the financial institution (within 3 working days).
