On approval of the list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and subsidy rates for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2022
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law "On Legal Acts", with paragraph 78 of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of Crop production (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20209), approved by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107, Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
Approve:
1) list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and subsidy rates for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2022 in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution;
2) the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) for 2022 in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
Recognize as invalid:
1) Resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region dated April 16, 2021 No. A-4/177 "On approval of the list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and subsidy rates for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages)" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 8437);
2) Resolution of Akimat of Akmola region dated October 18, 2021 No. A-10/517 "On Amendments to the Resolution of Akimat of Akmola region dated April 16, 2021 No. A-4/177 "On Approval of the list of subsidized pesticides, bioagents (entomophages) and subsidy rates for 1 liter (kilogram, gram, pieces) of pesticides, bioagents (entomophages), as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing pesticides, bioagents (entomophages)" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 24861).
The State institution "Department of Agriculture
and Land Relations of Akmola region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Akmola region.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
