On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers
(with the exception of organic) and subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers
(excluding organic) for 2022
In accordance with the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 20209), Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
Approve:
1) the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (with the exception of organic ones) and the subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller for 2022 in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution;
2) the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic ones) for 2022 in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
Recognize as invalid:
1) Resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region dated April 7, 2021 No. A-4/158 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (except organic) and subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic)" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 8430);
2) Resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated December 22, 2021 No. A-12/663 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated April 7, 2021 No. A-4/158 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (except organic) and subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the seller of fertilizers, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (with the exception of organic ones)" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 25973).
The State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the Akmola region", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, should ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Akmola region.
Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Akmola region.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
