Draft joint decision of the Akimat of Obasti and the regional Maslikhat "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated July 6, 2007 No. A-7/243 and the decision of the Akmola Regional Maslikhat dated July 6, 2007 No. 3C-28-6 "On the establishment of the maximum (maximum) sizes of land plots that may be Privately Owned in Akmola region" (further – the project) was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", in connection with the assignment of the village of Kosshy to the category of a city of regional significance by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2021 No. 629.
The adoption of the draft resolution will not require additional financial costs from the state budget.
