Socio-economic development of agriculture in Akmola region
in January - December 2021
Economy
Gross agricultural output in Akmola region in January-December 2021 amounted to 745,510.9 million tenge (IFO - 88.9%), including: crop production - 482,403.2 million tenge (IFO - 79.1%), animal husbandry – 262,540.5 million tenge (IFO – 111.6%).
In total, there are 8851 agricultural formations in the region, including: 1892 - legal entities (JSC, LLP, GP, PC), 899 - individual entrepreneurs, 6060 - peasant farms.
Labor productivity in agriculture for the 3rd quarter of 2021 amounted to 2099.5 thousand tenge or 99.5% compared to the same period in 2020.
Investments in fixed assets in agriculture in 2021 amounted to 101.4 billion tenge, which is 1.5 times more by 2020.
Exports of agricultural products in 2021 amounted to 1202.5 thousand tons or 96.6% compared to the same period in 2020, in monetary terms – 363.9 million US dollars or 112.6%.
The number of employed people in agriculture in the region is 29% of the total number of employed (total employed - 397.4 thousand people, including in agriculture -115.1 thousand people).
The average salary for January-December 2021 in the agricultural sector amounted to 176.1 thousand tenge with an increase of 18% by 2020 (for the 4th quarter of 2021 - 190.6 thousand tenge with an increase of 12.1% to the level of the 4th quarter of 2020).
State support of the agro-industrial complex
In 2021, the volume of state support in the form of subsidies to agricultural producers of the region amounted to 46.7 billion tenge, including in the following areas:
-15.1 billion tenge has been allocated for subsidizing the crop production industry (9,617.6 million tenge to increase the availability of agricultural products, 4,171.4 million tenge to subsidize the cost of fertilizers, 1,290.0 million tenge to support seed production).
-subsidies to support the development of animal husbandry. Support for the development of animal husbandry is carried out in two directions: to increase the productivity and quality of livestock products, as well as subsidizing livestock breeding (at the expense of).
10.6 billion tenge has been allocated for the implementation of these directions (at the expense of subventions from the republican budget - 5.6 billion tenge, at the expense of the reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for urgent expenses - 5 billion tenge), 100% has been disbursed.
-for investment investments and subsidizing processing - 15.2 billion tenge (investment investments - 14196.6 million tenge, for subsidizing costs to processing enterprises - 697.8 million tenge, guarantee and insurance of loans - 296.6 million tenge).
-financial recovery and reimbursement of the interest rate on leasing - 5.8 billion tenge (financial recovery - 83.8 million tenge, reimbursement of the interest rate on leasing - 5699.4 million tenge).
5.8 billion tenge has been disbursed, including:
-for financial recovery - 83.8 million tenge or 100% of the plan;
-for reimbursement of the interest rate on leasing - 5.7 billion tenge or 100% of the plan.
Crop production
The gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops from an area of 4.5 million hectares is:
-in the initially registered weight - 4059 thousand tons with an average yield of 9.1 kg/ha;
- in weight after completion - 3,875,9 thousand tons with an average yield of 8,7 kg / ha.
The gross harvest of oilseeds is 141.1 thousand tons from an area of 258.6 thousand hectares with an average yield of 5.5 kg/ha.
The gross harvest of potatoes is 268 thousand tons from an area of 15.1 thousand hectares with an average yield of 178.1 kg/ha, the gross harvest of vegetables is 45.7 thousand tons from an area of 2.3 thousand hectares with an average yield of 195.9 kg/ha.
Forage harvesting
Comprehensive work on forage harvesting has been carried out in the region: 1260 thousand tons of hay, 245 thousand tons of haylage, 190 thousand tons of silage, 637.3 thousand tons of straw have been harvested, which is 100% of the plan.
Purchase of agricultural machinery
In January-December 2021, SHTP purchased 2,187 units of equipment worth 63 billion tenge, including:
- combine harvesters - 345 units worth 23.0 billion tenge;
- tractors - 465 units worth 18.2 billion tenge;
- seeders - 245 units in the amount of 0.4 billion tenge;
- sowing complexes - 101 units in the amount of 6.5 billion tenge;
- other equipment - 1031 units in the amount of 14.9 billion tenge.
8.5 thousand combine harvesters (including high–performance ones - 4.0 thousand), tractors – 14.5 thousand, trucks - 5.0 thousand, as well as 2.5 thousand harvesters took part in the harvest.
Animal husbandry
According to statistics, the total number of cattle in all categories of farms in the region as of January 1, 2022 is 449.4 thousand heads (99.8% by 2020), including the number of cows - 227.8 thousand heads (101.7%).
The number of horses amounted to 212.5 thousand heads (98.2%), birds - 9 447.8 thousand heads (104.8%).
The number of sheep and goats amounted to 565.3 thousand heads (101.9%), pigs – 88.3 thousand heads (91.8%).
The region produced meat in live weight of 188.0 thousand tons (124.9%), milk produced 404.1 thousand tons (100.4%), eggs produced 789.6 million pieces (98.2%).
Creating farms
As part of the development of meat animal husbandry in 2021, 125 farms for 6.4 thousand were created. heads (Akkol - 8 farms for 386 heads, Arshalynsky - 6 farms for 250 heads, Astrakhan - 8 farms for 712 heads, Atbasarsky - 9 farms for 305 heads, Birzhan Sal district – 6 farms for 320 heads, Bulandynsky - 8 farms for 281 heads, Burabaysky - 8 farms for 265 heads, Egindykolsky - 3 farms for 150 heads, Ereimentau - 6 farms for 536 heads, Yesilsky - 6 farms for 300 heads, Zhaksynsky - 6 farms for 301 heads, Zharkainsky - 10 farms for 323 heads, Zerendinsky - 11 farms for 503 heads, Korgalzhynsky - 9 farms for 436 heads, Sandyktausky - 10 farms for 555 heads, Tselinogradsky - 3 farms for 305 heads, Shortandinsky - 4 farms for 294 heads, Stepnogorsk - 4 farms for 203 heads).
As part of the development of dairy farming in 2021, 19 farms for 2.3 thousand were created. heads (Akkolsky - 1 farm for 40 heads, Arshalynsky - expansion of 1 operating farm for 108 heads, Astrakhan - 1 farm for 50 heads and expansion of 1 operating farm for 400 heads, Atbasarsky - 1 farm for 300 heads, Birzhan Sal district – expansion of 2 operating farms for 210 heads, Bulandinsky – 1 farm for 50 heads, Burabaysky - 2 farms for 348 heads and expansion of 1 operating farm for 40 heads, Yerementau – 1 farm for 93 heads, Yesilsky - 1 farm for 50 heads, Zhaksynsky - 1 farm for 50 heads, Zerendinsky - 1 farm for 90 heads, Korgalzhynsky - 1 farm for 50 heads, Sandyktausky - 1 farm for 100 heads, Tselinogradsky - expansion of 1 operating farm for 275 heads, Shortandinsky - expansion of 1 operating farm for 93 heads).
Implementation of investment projects within the food belt
As part of the development of the Food Belt around Nur-Sultan in 2021, 45 investment projects worth 30.7 billion tenge were implemented (677 jobs were created), including:
- 3 - for the construction of fattening sites in the amount of 0.2 billion tenge (in the Arshaly district, the fattening site of IP "Kapas Kanipa" was implemented in the amount of 40 million tenge, in the Birzhan Sal district - KazGer LLP in the amount of 80 million tenge, in the Zharkain district, the fattening site of Osano Agro LLP in the amount of 100 million tenge was implemented);
