On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of Akmola region dated April 7, 2021 No. A-4/158 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (except organic) and subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic)"
Akimat of Akmola region DECIDES:
To amend the resolution of the Akimat of the Akmola region dated April 7, 2021 No. A-4/158 "On approval of the list of subsidized types of fertilizers (except organic) and subsidy rates for 1 ton (liter, kilogram) of fertilizers purchased from the fertilizer seller, as well as the amount of budget funds for subsidizing fertilizers (except organic)" (the following change was registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 8430):
Annex 1 to the said resolution should be set out in a new version in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of the Akmola region", in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, should ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Akmola region.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of Akmola region.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
