Benefits and payments via SMS: proactive social services
Since the beginning of the year, more than 30 thousand residents of the Akmola region have received benefits and payments without submitting separate applications to the PSC. They were provided with the service in a proactive format.
A total of 57,124 social services have been provided since January. Of these, 54% were issued in a proactive way. Recall that proactively is the submission of an application in one click, without a statement from the service recipient. The SMS notification is sent from the number 1414, which must be answered with consent.
To date, 14 types of services can be obtained in a proactive way, including:
* benefits in connection with the birth of a child and child care;
* social payments from JSC "GFSS" in case of loss of income in connection with the care of a child before he reaches the age of one and a half years;
* Assignment of benefits to a large family;
* Assignment of social benefits in case of job loss;
* Assignment of benefits to a large family;
* Assignment of disability benefits.
A prerequisite for obtaining a proactive service is registration in the Database of mobile citizens through the e-government portal.
