Social protection of disabled people
29,165 disabled people of all groups live in the region (including 1,2 gr. - 13,745 people, 3 gr. – 12,461 people, disabled children – 2655 people).
As part of the implementation of the action Plan to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2012-2018, 1,672 significant social infrastructure facilities were provided access to the region.
