Since the beginning of 2021, the status of kandas has been assigned to 43 ethnic Kazakhs, including those who arrived from China – 6, Uzbekistan-14, Mongolia – 20, and Russia - 3.
For 2021, a regional quota of 258 people has been established for the admission of kandas.
36 families are included in the regional quota of receiving candas, including 68 people (26.3%).
