Since the beginning of 2021, the status of kandas has been assigned to 18 ethnic Kazakhs, including those who arrived from China – 1, Uzbekistan-8, Mongolia-9.
For 2021, a regional quota of 258 people has been established for the admission of kandas.
21 families, including 42 people (16.3%), are included in the regional quota of receiving candas.
