On the Concept of transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to a " green economy»
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 30, 2013 No. 577
In order to ensure the transition of Kazakhstan to green economy I DECREE:
Approve the Concept of transition of Kazakhstan to "green economy" (hereinafter — the Concept).
To The Government Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan:
1) approve the action Plan for the implementation of the Concept;
2) take other measures resulting from this Decree.
To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of Astana and Almaty cities, regions:
1) be guided in their activities by the Concept and take the necessary measures to implement it;
2) ensure that the adopted documents of the state planning system are consistent with the Concept.
Control over the implementation of this Decree shall be assigned to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This Decree comes into effect from the date of signing.
