Director of the state municipal state enterprise "Regional center of folk art and cultural leisure" under the Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
Manages cultural and leisure activities, financial activities and production and economic work, in accordance with the current legislation, bearing full responsibility for the consequences of decisions made. Organizes the interaction of structural divisions of regional houses of culture, directs their activities to the development and improvement of club work, taking into account socio-cultural priorities and the current level of development of clubs.
Should know: the Constitution, Labour code, laws and other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption", "On state property", "On culture", the development Strategy of Kazakhstan until 2030.
Requirements for participants of the competition: higher education in the groups of specialties "art" or "Humanities", or "services" and work experience in the specialty in managerial positions for at least 5 years. The competition is held based on the Rules of appointment and certification of heads of state enterprises, as well as his approval, as approved by order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 2, 2015 No. 70.
