In his Address to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2020, the Head of State set the task of actively involving children in mass sports, as well as reviving the activities of "children's clubs".
In 2023, 1.1 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget for the implementation of the state creative order of the Akmola region with the issuance of 8052 vouchers. 1.6 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget to continue work on the coverage of children by creative circles in 2024, the planned coverage in 2024 is 8,500 children.
As of February 1, 2024, 63 suppliers provide services in the field of culture, 268 clubs operate, 18057 vouchers have been issued.
Of the 50 directions of circles in the Akmola region, 36 names function, of which painting, drawing, pop vocals, modern pop dances, national (folk) dances, model art, dombra, folk singing, circles of decorative and applied arts, acting, stage speech are in the greatest demand.
