Director of the state municipal state enterprise "Regional Center of Folk Art and Cultural Leisure" at the Department of Culture of the Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
Manages cultural and leisure activities, financial activities and production and economic work, in accordance with current legislation, bearing full responsibility for the consequences of decisions taken. Organizes the interaction of structural divisions of regional houses of culture, directs their activities to the development and improvement of club work, taking into account socio-cultural priorities and the current level of club development.

the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Copyright and related rights", "On

Qualification requirements:
education:
higher (or postgraduate) education in one of the areas
of training: pedagogical sciences (training of teachers with a subject
specialization in general development, humanities, languages and
literature) and/or arts and humanities and/or social sciences,
journalism and information and/or business, management and law and/or services
(tourism, cultural and leisure work);
work experience:
at least 5 years in the field of culture or in senior positions, or
at least 5 years for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve,
or at least 4 years in the field of culture or in senior positions for persons
who have completed postgraduate education programs in
educational organizations under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in
foreign higher educational institutions in priority specialties
approved by the Working Body, and for persons with an academic degree in one
of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (training of teachers
with a subject specialization of general development, in humanities, in
languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities and/or social
sciences, journalism and information and/or business, management and law and/or
services (tourism, cultural and leisure work);
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for the appointment and certification of the head of a state-owned enterprise, as well as the approval of his candidacy, approved by Order No. 70 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015. Persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the competition commission:
Acceptance of documents from the participants of the competition begins from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition in the mass media and ends after 15 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the mass media.
The commission, after examining the documents submitted by the participants of the competition, conducts an interview with the participants of the competition admitted to the interview within 10 (ten) calendar days after approving the list of persons admitted to participate in the competition, which will be held at the Department of Culture of the Akmola region.
