The head of the state municipal state enterprise "Regional Kazakh Musical and Drama Theater named after Shakhmet Khusainov" at the Department of Culture of the Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
manages, in accordance with the current legislation, the creative, production, economic and financial activities of a theatrical and entertainment organization, is responsible for the safety and effective use of property, as well as the financial and economic results of its activities; ensures the safety and effective use of property; determines the policy and strategy of the Organization; organizes financial and material support, development of calendar and prospective repertoire plans, rental of repertoire, release of new and renewable productions (performances, concerts); approves the composition of production groups and performers, sketches and layouts of design, plans and schedules of work on new and renewable productions (performances, concerts); takes measures to provide the Organization with qualified personnel and develop their professional knowledge and experience, create working conditions, form a favorable psychological atmosphere in the team, organizes work to combat corruption; distributes certain areas of work of deputy directors, heads of creative, production units and officials of the Organization; concludes contracts or makes transactions, ensures the submission of necessary reporting; concludes and terminates employment contracts with employees of the Organization; issues orders, represents the interests of the Organization in court, state bodies and organizations; provides control over the implementation of safety and labor protection requirements, fire safety.

Requirements for the participants of the competition:
education:
higher (or postgraduate) education in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities (art) and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law;
work experience:
at least 5 years in the field of culture or in leadership positions, or at least 5 years for persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, or at least 4 years in the field of culture or in leadership positions for persons who have completed postgraduate education programs in educational institutions under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in foreign higher educational institutions institutions in priority specialties, approved by the working body of the Republican Commission for Training Personnel Abroad in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 12, 2000 No. 470 "On the Republican Commission for Training Personnel Abroad" (hereinafter referred to as the Working Body), and for persons with an academic degree in one of the areas of training: pedagogical sciences (music education, languages and literature) and/or arts and humanities (art) and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law;
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules of appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as approval of his candidacy, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70. Persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the competition commission:
• application for participation in the competition;
• resume in the state and Russian languages;
• autobiography, presented in any form;
• a copy of the identity card;
• copies of educational documents;
• a copy of the employment record (if any) or the employment contract, or an extract from the orders on the admission and termination of the employment contract from the last place of work;
• a certificate of health status in the prescribed form.
Acceptance of documents from the participants of the competition begins from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition in the mass media and ends after 15 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the mass media.
The Commission, after studying the documents submitted by the participants of the competition, conducts an interview with the participants of the competition admitted to the interview within 10 (ten) calendar days after the approval of the list of persons admitted to participate in the competition, which will be held in the Department of Culture of the Akmola region.
