Formation ofan anti-corruption culture and the principle of zero tolerance among employees of the sphere of culture and archives
On may 29, 2020, the Department of culture, archives and documentation of Akmola region held a seminar-meeting on the theme "Formation of an anti-corruptionculture and the principle of zero tolerance among employees of the sphere of culture and archives". Heads and chief accountants of subordinate institutions and institutions, as well as employees of the Department were present.
The seminar began with a speech by Gulmira Beknazarova, acting head of the Department, on the importance of intolerance to corruption and any of its manifestations. Participants of the seminar watched the video "Corruption in the sphere of culture and sports", prepared by the anti-corruption service of the Republicof Kazakhstan.
Deputy head of The Department of the Agency for civil service Affairs in Akmolaregion Khairullin D. M., acting head ofthe Department of internal policy, culture and language development took part in the seminar and made a report Esildistrict Tasmagambetova Z. K., head of the Department of culture and language development of the Zerendinsky district Baltagarina A. K. head of the professional Union ofculture, media and tourism workers Shalabaev D. M.
During the event, the participants of the seminar discussed topical issues of anti-corruption and the formation of a culture of anti-corruption, discussed and analyzed the main causes and conditions that contribute to corruption offenses and receivedex planations for the changes made to the Labor code.c
