The activities of archival institutions of the region in the reporting period were aimed at meeting the indicators of the plan of main activities, instructions of the Ministry of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the main issues of development of the industry.
Work continues on the implementation of three projects of the program "Рухани жаңғыру». As part of the first project "Akmolaregion in archival documents", 83 excursions were conducted with a total coverage of 2,600 people. The Young researcher club presented a research paper "Отан отбасынан басталады», проведена конференция «Ақмола облысы архив беттерiнде». On April 23, employees ofthe regional state archive conducted a master class with members of the club, and on may 3, a round table was held "Рухани жаңғыру бағдарламасынаменiң қосқан үлесiм». Theregional state archive has stored copies of documents on the history of the Akmolaregion (in the amount of 8 cases), which came from the Omsk historical archive.
As part of the second project "Olke tarikhy— El tarikhy", work was carried out to collect materials on the history of the Akmola regionduring the period of Independence, select photo documents, correct annotations for a mobile photo exhibition, and produce 19 rolls. In April — may of this year, a mobile photo exhibition was presented in the city of Kokshetau, Astrakhan, Atbasar, Birzhanalal сал, , Bulandinsky ,, Yegindykol, Yessil, Zhaksyn, Zharkainsky, ZerendinskyandSandyktaudistricts. In order to promote the historical heritage of the BaldaurenRepublican educational and health center for children on holiday, a mobile exhibition was also launched. We are working in the information system "Unified electronic archive of documents": we have made a reconciliation of funds, entered inventory data, historical references in the sections.
As of July 01, 2019, the physical condition of 3252 storage units has been improved, of which 1,881 have been restored, with a total volume of 6,540 sheets. Restored fading texts on 163 pages. We checked the availability and physical condition of 34742 cases on a paper basis, 500 photo documents. 34,581cases were mapped.
Sets of accounting documents of 194 funds were verified, title pages, historical references were re-issued, and Fund cards and sheets were reissued.

During the reporting period, 11 meetings of the Department's EPMC were held, where case inventories of management documentation, personal origin, photo documents, personnel records, and case nomenclature were reviewed.
The indicators of the approved epmc inventory of cases were: permanent storage — 7368 storage units, personnel - 7800, photo documents-470, personal origin-179, court cases-865.
During the reporting period, 8,171 units of management documentation storage were received for state storage; 5033 for personnel; 241 for personal origin, and 496 for photo documents.

Specialists of the Department and employees ofthe state archives of the region gave 368 consultations on documentation and documentation management to representatives of various institutions and organizations of regional, city, district and rural significance.
We are also working on completing a set of normative and methodological documents in the institutions that are the sources of completing them. Executive orders on the establishment of permanent expert commissions in organizations were issued, and regulations on departmental archives and expert commissions were approved (115 and 123, respectively).
Employees of the state archives have improved and approved 196 nomenclatures of cases.
The state archives organized and conducted 100 seminars and meetings for organizations-sources of acquisition on the issues of record management, formation of cases and their preservation at the stage of departmental storage, drawing up nomenclature of cases, providing paid services for the ordering of documents.
Work is underway to introduce regulatory documents in the source organizations for completing the National archival Fund, taking into account their changes and additions in 2018.
Every month, in order to inform the population of the region, all state archives of the region hold seminars on theprovision of the state service "issuance of archival certificates", during the reporting period, 70 seminars and 45 actions were held.

Work continues on creating a personal catalog of nomenclature workers of the Tselinograd regional party Committee, 500 cards have been opened.
