Department of culture, archives and documentation ofthe Akmola region and the state archivesof the Akmola region on the provision of public services "Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" for 2019
1) Information about the service provider
The state service "issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" is provided by thestate archives of the Akmola region of the state institution "Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmolaregion". Acceptance of documents and issuance of the results of public service provision is carried out through: 1) non — commercial excisecompany "state Corporation "Government for citizens" in Akmolaregion (hereinafter-the "company").State Corporation); 2) E-government web portal «Электронное правительство» www.e.gov.kz(hereinafter referred to as the web portal).
The state service "issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" is free of charge.
Terms of public service provision:
From the moment of submission of documents to the service providerуслугодателю, to the State Corporation, as well as when contacting the portal, the result of providing public services is issued within 11 (eleven) working days.
In cases when the provision of public services it is necessary to study documents of two or more organizations and (or) period of more than five (5) years the service provider term of rendering the state service shall be extended for not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days after the expiration of the provision of public services with subsequent notification of the applicant through the State Corporation or portal extend for 2 (two) working days.
When applying to a State Corporation, the date of acceptance is not included in the term for rendering the public service. The service providerprovides delivery of the result of the public service to the State Corporation no laterthan one day before the expiration of the term for rendering the public service;
The result of rendering the state service — archival information about confirmation or response about the lack of details about the social and legal nature: seniority, wage, age, family composition, education, awards, enumeration pension contributions and social contributions, assignment of scientific degrees and titles, accident, of finding on treatment or evacuation, the use of repression, the rehabilitation of victims of mass political repressions, living in environmental disaster areas, staying in places of detention, information about the civil status of title and identification documents and (or) a certified copy of or extract from archival documents.

The number of public services rendered is 25543;
including:
the number of public services rendered through the state Corporation "Government for citizens" is 1,591;
the number of public services rendered through the web portalis 19951;
the number of public services rendered through the state body (by mail and in personуслугополучателя) — 4001 (the service was provided before may 23, 2019, in accordance with the standard before the changes were made).
The state service "issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts" is provided free of charge.
