Procedure for appealingagainst state services "issuance of a certificate for the right of temporary export of cultural property»
- The appeal shall be submitted in writing by mail or purposely through service of documentary maintenance of management;
- In case of disagreement with results of the rendered state service the recipient of service has the right to apply to court in accordance with legislation;
- The complaint is filed in any form with the copy of application for granting a license for temporary export of cultural values with the level of service of documentary maintenance of management. The recipient of a public service must indicate in his complaint:
- last name, first name and patronymic;
- postal address to send the response to;
- statement of the essence of the complaint;
- personal signature and date.
- The complaint is logged by the service of documentary maintenance of management. The person who filed the complaint is issued a ticket with the date and time, surname and initials of the person who accepted the appeal.
- Information about the progress of the complaint review can be obtained by calling 258160. Consideration of complaints is carried out in accordance with the procedure and terms stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- the Result of consideration of the complaint is sent by mail or issued on purpose at the request of the recipient or to a representative by proxy.
- a Complaint about unlawful actions (omissions) of the Department's employees is considered within the time limits provided for in article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the procedure for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities»
- when applying through the portal, after sending an e-mail to the recipient of a public service, information about the application is available from the personal account, which is updated during the processing of the application in the Department (marks on delivery, registration, execution, response to consideration or refusal to consider).
