Goal: - by Researching and promoting the "Great names of the great steppe", to realize the idea of reviving the historical consciousness of the younger generation;
- research and popularization of history of his native land, through the activities of the great historical figures such as Abylai Khan, Wali Khan, Kenesary Khan, Sultan district Shyngys Oilily, Sultan Gubaidulla Ualikhanov, orientalist scientist of Shokan Ualikhanov, whose life is inseparably linked with history of formation and development of Kokshetau;
- the example of the heroic life and work of great personalities whose names are inscribed in Golden letters in the history of the country, the formation and the education of a modern, competitive, highly educated Kazakh youth.
- education of patriotism and love for the Motherland, the native land, the formation of historical consciousness, respect and preservation of the historical and cultural heritage of the country.
Expected result: - collection, preservation, research of materials about the history of the native land, about the life and activities of historical figures associated with the formation and development of Kokshetau;
- formation of historical self-awareness of the young generation of Kazakhstan, increasing interest in the history of the country, the history of the native land;
