Director Mr.State Communal State Enterprise "Regional Center for Folk Art and Cultural Leisure" underdepartment of culture of Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
Manages cultural and leisure, financial activities and production and economic work, in accordance with applicable law, bearing full responsibility for the consequences of decisions made.Organizes the interaction of structural divisions of regional houses of culture, directs their activities to the development and improvement of club work, taking into account socio-cultural priorities and the current level of development of clubs. Manages the activities of a cultural and leisure organization; organizes the implementation of creative, methodological, cultural and educational work, work to combat corruption; ensures the preparation and holding of reviews and festivals, folk art competitions, seminars for leaders of amateur art activities; exercises control over the activities of amateur art groups.
Must know: Constitution; Budget Code; Code of Administrative Offenses; Labor Code; Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Copyright and Related Rights", "On Culture", "About state property","On Combating Corruption", "On Public Procurement".
Qualification requirements:higher (or postgraduate) education in the areas of: pedagogical sciences (music education) and / or art and humanities and / or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies, librarianship) and / or services (tourism, cultural and leisure work) and At least 5 years of experience in management positions.
The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for the appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as the approval of his candidacy, approved by orderMinister national economyRepublic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70. Acceptance of documents from the participants of the competition begins from the day of the announcement of the competition in the media and ends after 15 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the media.
The commission, after studying the documents submitted by the participants of the competition, conducts an interview with the participants of the competition admitted to the interview within 10 (ten) calendar daysafter the approval of the list of persons admitted to participate in the competition, which will take place indepartment of culture of Akmola region.
