The State Institution "Department of Culture of Akmola Region" announces a competition for the vacant administrative position:
Director of the State Committee of the Akmola Regional Museum of Local Lore at the Department of Culture of Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
manages the production, administrative, economic, financial and economic activities of the institution, controls the safety and effective use of the organization's property, organizes work to combat corruption;
determines the policy and strategy of the organization's activities, coordinates the work of its departments on the formation, storage, museum fund, as well as the protection and use of historical and cultural monuments of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the interests of the state and society;
manages the development and implementation of plans, programs and projects of the museum, coordinates the work of structural units for their implementation in the areas of activity;
directs research activities, provides activities aimed at promoting and popularizing cultural values, historical and cultural heritage of the people of Kazakhstan;
provides cooperation with organizations of culture and arts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries;
takes measures to provide the organization with qualified personnel, the development of their professional knowledge and experience, the creation of working conditions, the formation of a favorable psychological atmosphere in the team;
distributes individual areas of work between deputy directors, managers and specialists of structural divisions and branches;
concludes and terminates contracts, makes transactions, issues powers of attorney, ensures the submission of necessary reports, issues orders, represents the interests of the organization in court, state bodies and organizations.
Must know:
The Constitution; the Civil Code; the Budget Code; the Code of Administrative Offences; the Business Code; the Labor Code; the laws "On Copyright and Related Rights", "On Culture", "On State Property", "On Combating Corruption", "On Public Procurement", "On the Protection and Use of Historical and Cultural Objectscultural heritage"; rules for the provision of pre-medical medical care.
Requirements for the participants of the competition:
higher (or postgraduate) education in the following areas: pedagogical sciences (humanities) and/or arts and humanities and/or social sciences, journalism and information (cultural studies) and/or business, management and law (economics, law) and/or engineering, manufacturing and construction industries (architecture, construction, mechanical engineering) and /or services (tourism) and work experience in the specialty as managerial personnel in cultural organizations for at least 5 years. The competition is held on the basis of the Rules of appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as approval of his candidacy, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70.
Persons wishing to participate in the competition must submit the following documents to the competition commission:
• application for participation in the competition;
• resume in the state and Russian languages;
• autobiography, presented in any form;
• a copy of the identity card;
• copies of educational documents;
• a copy of the employment record (if any) or the employment contract, or an extract from the orders on the admission and termination of the employment contract from the last place of work;
• a certificate of health status in the prescribed form.
Acceptance of documents from the participants of the competition begins from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition in the mass media and ends after 15 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the mass media.
The Commission, after studying the documents submitted by the participants of the competition, conducts an interview with the participants of the competition admitted to the interview within 10 (ten) calendar days after the approval of the list of persons admitted to participate in the competition, which will be held in the Department of Culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region.
