The procedure for awarding the title of "National" (exemplary) to amateur art collectives
The state service "Awarding the title of "People's" (exemplary) amateur art collectives" is provided in accordance with the Rules for the provision of the state service "Awarding the title of "People's" (exemplary) amateur art collectives", approved by the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2020 No. 112.
The assignment of the title "National" (exemplary) to amateur art collectives is carried out in order to create additional incentives in the work of creative collectives, to ensure a high level of creative activity, to support talented amateur performers for the further professional development of gifted people in all age groups.
The state service is provided by the local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent (hereinafter referred to as the service provider) to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the service recipient).
The form of public service provision is electronic (fully automated), the period of provision is 1 (one) day, the service is provided free of charge.
In order to receive a public service, the service recipients send the service provider through the "electronic government" web portals www.egov .kz, www.elicense.kz (hereinafter referred to as the portal) an application signed with an electronic digital signature with the appendix:
information about managers;
repertoire and plan of educational work for the current year;
the program of the performance of the team;
list of participants.
