The state institution "Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation of the Akmola Region" announces a competition for a vacant administrative position:
Director of the state communal state enterprise "Regional center of folk art and cultural leisure" at the department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region.

Functional responsibilities:
Supervises cultural, leisure, financial activities and industrial and economic work, in accordance with the current legislation, bearing full responsibility for the consequences of decisions. It organizes the interaction of structural units of regional houses of culture, directs their activities to the development and improvement of club work, taking into account the socio-cultural priorities and the current level of development of clubs.
Should know: the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating corruption", "On state property", "On culture", the Development Strategy of Kazakhstan until 2030.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher education in groups of specialties "art" or "humanities" or "services" and work experience in the specialty in managerial positions for at least 5 years. The competition is held on the basis of the Rules for the appointment and certification of the head of a state enterprise, as well as the approval of his candidacy, approved by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70. Persons wishing to take part in the competition must submit the following documents to the competition commission:
application for participation in the competition;
resume in the state and Russian languages;
an autobiography in free form;
copy of identity card;
copies of educational documents;
a copy of a work book (if any) or an employment contract, or an extract from orders for the acceptance and termination of an employment contract from the last place of work;
health certificate in the prescribed form.
Acceptance of documents from the bidders starts from the day of the announcement of the competition in the media and ends after 15 calendar days from the date of the announcement of the competition in the media.
The commission, after examining the documents submitted by the participants of the competition, conducts an interview with the participants in the competition admitted to the interview within 10 (ten) calendar days after the approval of the list of persons admitted to participation in the competition, which will be held in the department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region.
