Akmola region for 2020
There are 649 cultural facilities and archives of all forms of ownership in the region, of which 621 are state-owned, including:
In 2020, 2 libraries were opened in the village of Amangeldy, Akkol district and in the village of Karaotkel, Tselinograd district, 2 clubs in the settlements of the Birzhan sal district, the village of Alga and in the village of Talapker, Tselinograd district.
At the same time, compared to 2019, the network has decreased by 20 state libraries and 4 state clubs, the closures of which are related to the small population.
8.7 billion tenge was provided for financing the cultural sector. Compared to 2019, funding increased by 1 billion tenge (11.4%), including 2.4 billion tenge from the regional budget, 3.8 billion tenge from the regional budget, and 1.358 billion from the republican budget. tenge, due to internal loans - 1.1 billion tenge.

- Costumes for the total amount of 1,111.2 thousand tenge were sewn for amateur artists of the RDK and Zhaltyrsky KFOR of the Astrakhan region.
- In Atbasar district, at the expense of the district budget in the amount of 16,704.7 thousand tenge, in 2020, sound equipment, a mixing console and microphones were purchased for club enterprises in the amount of 3,392.1 thousand tenge, musical instruments in the amount of 1,148.0 thousand .tenge, stage costumes were sewn for 9 amateur art groups in the amount of 4,500.0 thousand tenge and an LED screen was purchased in the amount of 7,500.0 thousand tenge.
-Ereymentau district was allocated 1,849.2 thousand tenge from the local budget for the purchase of lighting equipment, radio microphones, microphone stands, etc.
- Sandyktau district during the year, 18,553.6 thousand tenge was allocated from the local budget to strengthen the MTB, including for the purchase of stage costumes - 1,500.0 thousand tenge, furniture and chairs for Vasilievsky KFOR - 875.1 thousand. tenge, musical equipment for the Kulturninsky and Novonikolsky SDKs in the amount of 603.4 thousand tenge, the development of design and estimate documentation for the Sandyktau SDK in the amount of 1,290.1 thousand tenge and the production of estimate documentation for the Balkashinsky RDK and 6 SDK of the district in the amount of 872.4 thousand tenge. etc.
Within the RRepublican project "Auyl-El Besigi" implemented 3 projects for a total of 676.3 million tenge:
- overhaul of the building of the recreation center "Kokshe" in the village of Krasny Yar was completed;
- overhaul of the Leisure Center of the Shortandinsky district was completed;
- completed the 1st stage of construction of the Youth Leisure Center in the village. Bastau, Atbasar region.

In total, cultural enterprises of the region held about 3 million events in 2020 with the number of spectators over5 millionhumandedicated to the 750th anniversary of the Golden Horde, the 175th anniversary of Abay Kunanbaev, the 1150th anniversary of Abu Nasyr al-Farabi, the 75th anniversary of the Victory, the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 25th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, public holidays, events and anniversaries, in within the framework of the implementation of the program "Rukhani zhangyru", the Concept of cultural policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since the beginning of the state of emergency and quarantine, cultural organizations of the region have held 2,692,068 online events with 4,271,700 views.
In total, 28,309 offline events were held in 2020 with the number of spectators 254,827 human.
Within the framework of the 750th anniversary of the Golden Horde, 60 events were held, including 3 regional significance - the Zhanibek-Shalkar project, archaeological excavations at the site of the destroyed mausoleum of Zhanibek Khan near Lake Zhanibek-Shalkar in the Korgalzhyn region and the scientific conference "Zhyraular Poeziyasy - Khandyk Dauir Ainasy” at the Museum of Literature and Art, acquisition of the published book by Tortay Saduakas “Khan ordasynan Khan shatyrga deyin”;

According to the results of the III Republican online competition "Rukhani kazyna" of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmola region won in 4 nominations:
- “The Best Museum of Regional Importance” was recognized as the winner of the Akmola Regional Museum of History and Local Lore, which turned 100 years old in the reporting year;
- in the nomination "Bir otbasy - bir kasip" the national family ensemble of the Kusainovs from the Korgalzhyn district became the best;
- the site of the Akmola Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Magzhan Zhumabaevna was recognized as the best in the nomination "The Best Site of State Libraries";
- in the nomination "The best worker of the library of district significance" the librarian of the Zhaksyn Central Regional Library Kaydaulova A.K. was recognized as the winner.
Some work has been carried out to integrate into the international cultural space in order to popularize and promote the achievements of professional and folk art of the Akmola region.
February 2020 within the framework of the special project "Modern Kazakhstan in the global world" of the program "Rukhani Zhangyru" and the innovative project "Expanding the Borders", the Akmola Regional Russian Drama Theater for the first time, with the support of the regional akimat, took part in the V International Theater Festival "Five Evenings in Cyprus", with the play "Pannochka ".
Myselfdress artists of the region took part in 13 republican and 6 international online competitions in Russia, Turkey, Spain. 42 soloists and 14 amateur groups of the Akmola region became laureates of international competitions, won 15 Grand Prix, 27 first and second prizes.
On the basis of the Regional Center for Folk Art in the region, 14 interregional, regional multi-genre online image projects were held, in which regional enterprises and creative teams from all 17 regions of our region took an active part.

In total, 2,526 club formations operate in the region (2,513 in 2019), 29,646 people take part in them (30,600 in 2019). There are 2,143 club formations in the countryside (2019 - 2,145) with 22,950 members (2019 - 22,750).

The book fund of the libraries of the state network is 4,688,794 copies. (2019 - 4,768,412), including in the state language - 1,384,020 copies. (2019 - 1,329,338). The book fund in the countryside is 3,150,455 copies, incl. at the state lang – 1,020,404 copies. Compared to last year, the book fund has decreased due to the reduction of the library network and the write-off of obsolete literature.
The modernization of the library sphere continues.The total number of Model Libraries in the region is 71 (2019 - 64), incl. 48 model rural libraries.If in 2019 there were 14 coworking centers in the libraries of the region, then in 2020 their number increased by 11 and is 25. The number of computers in the libraries of the region is 702 (85% of the total number of libraries), of which 378 are in rural areas. The number of libraries connected to the Internet is 208 (61%), which increased by 14 compared to 2019, 318 have telephones, which is 12 libraries more than in 2019 (94%).
11 museums of the regionin the current period, 2,259 excursions, 626 lectures, 403 exhibitions were organized, 936 museum items were received and processed. All forms served 155,506 people.
An innovative research project of archaeological excavations at the site of the ruins of the medieval Mausoleum in the Korgalzhinsky district, dedicated to the 750th anniversary of the Golden Horde, was implemented. After a thorough study of the finds on the ruins of the Zhanibek-Shalkar mausoleum, scientists came to the conclusion that representatives of the khan's family were buried here. All the remains found were transferred to the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan, then sent to Sweden for the removal of genetic analyzes and to Russia to identify the anthropological appearance (the results will be received in March this year).
On the occasion of the 105th anniversary of Malik Gabdullin and the 25th anniversary of the Malik Gabdullin Museum, a book with a circulation of 250 copies was published. “Kazakh balasy. Kazakh son. The book includes M. Gabdullin's manuscripts, which were kept in the funds of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan and in the Central State Archive. The presentation of the book took place on December 23, 2020.
There are 1,793 monuments of history and culture in the region, of which 4 are of republican significance, 1,032 are of local significance, and 757 are objects of historical and cultural heritage included in the preliminary registration lists. Sacred objects - 11 national and 35 regional significance. 4 projects were implemented to popularize sacred objects, 42 videos were released.
21 state archives of the regionrendered paid services in the amount of 22.8 million tenge. 29.8 thousand units of storage of management documentation were received for state storage. 233 nomenclatures of cases were improved and coordinated, 152 seminars-meetings were organized and held on the issues of office work, the formation of cases and their preservation at the stage of departmental storage. In 2020, 118 articles were published in the media based on documents from state archives, and 257 articles were published on the provision of the public service “Issue of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archive extracts”. 225 photo-documentary exhibitions were prepared, 217 excursions, 46 lessons, 23 conferences and round tables were held ".
