On the results of the meetings of the akim of Korgalzhyn district with the population in the second quarter of 2022
In order to implement the Decree of the Head of State "On holding meetings with the population" dated March 3, 2022 No. 826 and the approved schedule, 26 meetings were held in the district from April 11 to April 14, 2022, including 8 with the participation of the akim of the district, 18 with the participation of the akims of rural districts.
The schedules of meetings were published in the district newspaper "Nur Korgalzhyn" on March 31, 2022 and on the website of the akimat of the district.
Facebook instagram social pages published an announcement about the time of the meetings in advance. Special boxes were installed in each locality to collect suggestions, comments and responses from the population.
After the meetings with the population, personal receptions of citizens were held, in which 15 people took part.
A total of 1083 people took part in the meetings. 52 people spoke, 45 proposals were received.
The main issues of concern to residents of the district were electrification, gasification and telephony – 9 (20%), repair and construction of educational, health, cultural facilities – 4 (9%), repair and construction of roads – 6 (13%), land issues - 8 (18%), landscaping, sanitation and environmental issues - 3 (7%) and others – 15 (33%).
As a result of the meetings, all 45 proposals were considered, 3 proposals were included in the action plan for the implementation of proposals and comments made by the population during the meetings of the akim of Korgalzhyn district.
The progress of the implementation of the action plan for the implementation of proposals and comments made by the population during the reporting meetings of the akim of the district will be published quarterly in district newspapers and on the website of the akim of the district.
At the reporting meetings, no critical comments were made to the akims of the region, district, villages and rural districts.
Meetings in the district were held in an organized manner, in strict accordance with the approved schedules.
