The activities of archival institutions of the region in the reporting period were aimed at fulfilling the indicators of the plan of main activities, instructions of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the main issues of the industry development.
In February, the Department of Digitalization and Archives held an online fair on the provision of public services "Issuance of archival certificates, copies of archival documents or archival extracts", 3 (three) meetings with directors of state archives in ZOOM mode on current issues, issues of public services, digitalization.
The Department has prepared a Calendar of memorable and significant dates of the Akmola region for 2022-2026.
The strengthening of the material base of state archives has continued. In the state archive of the city of Atbasar, the current repair of the corridor of the state archive building was carried out, showcases for conducting excursions and exhibitions, a projector for conducting training seminars with sources of acquisition were purchased. The State Archive of the Shortandinsky district purchased and installed metal racks.
Paid services are not carried out due to the fact that the state archives subordinated to the Department of digitalization and archives of the Akmola region are still not included in the "List of goods (works, services) of state institutions maintained at the expense of the republican or local budget, the money from the sale of which remains at their disposal."
Visits to the state archives of Atbasar, Astrakhan, Atbasar, Bulandyn were carried out to conduct comprehensive inspections and control measures in the field of public services districts.
