About the work of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Bulandinsky district" for the past period of 2023.
The Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Bulandyn district provides 14 public services, including: 8 public services for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, 1 service for issuing permits and extensions to labor immigrants, 5 services for social benefits. For 7 months of the current year, 1,910 public services were provided, of which 882 through a State Corporation, 582 through the e-government portal, 446 services through the information systems of the service provider through direct contact with the service recipient and manual entry of the application into the information system.
To improve the legal literacy of specialists, the department conducts weekly legal comprehensive studies on various topics related to changes in legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on changes in Rules and Standards directly related to public services provided in the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Bulandyn district". Since the beginning of 2023, 3 articles have been published in the district newspaper BULANDY AQPARAT, as well as 12 publications on the possibilities of obtaining public services have been published on Instagram social networks, 2 round tables on the provision of public services have been held, at the same time, live broadcasts on the provision of public services are held on an ongoing basis, and public discussions are held annually in the field of public services, which are published on the website of the akim of the Bulandyn district. To date, great attention is paid to creating favorable conditions for receiving public services, ensuring their accessibility to all service recipients. To date, since the beginning of the new year, 465 services have been provided through the Social Services Portal, including: services of an individual assistant – 1, services of a sign language specialist – 7, prosthetic and orthopedic assistance - 37 services, surdological – 4, typhlotechnical means -19, special means of transportation – 13, sanatorium treatment – 68, provision of mandatory hygiene products - 316.
As part of the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of the Election program of the Amanat party "The Path of change: A decent life for everyone!" of the party project "Kedergisiz Keleshek", 17 objects are planned to be adapted for 2023: including public administration 3 objects, healthcare – 3 objects, education – 8 objects, culture -2 objects, others -1 object. The working group of public control of adapted measures in the Bulandynsky district at social transport infrastructure facilities, on January 24 of this year, carried out public control of the above-mentioned facilities, during monitoring recommendations with a deadline were given. In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 28, 2019 No. 326 "On approval of the National Plan for ensuring the rights and improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2025", in all rural districts, since January 17 this year, akims' advisers on issues of persons with disabilities and socially vulnerable segments of the population have been appointed.
For the current period of 2023, according to the Rules for Providing social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the Bulandyn district, 320 persons were paid according to applications and 16 persons according to the lists of the State Enterprise for the Bulandyn District Hospital under the Health Department of the Akmola region of social assistance for a total amount of 23,636,464 tenge. By the holidays of February 15 and May 9, social support was provided in the amount of 3,189,500 tenge from the local budget and 6,081,850 tenge from the regional budget (including social assistance paid to 37 Afghans for 25 MCI, 13 internationalist soldiers for 20 MCI, 9 Chernobyl victims for 32 MCI, 1 million. to one participant of the Great Patriotic War, from the funds of the regional budget and 500.0 thousand. tenge from the local budget.) In 2023, 18246 thousand tenge is provided for the payment of targeted social assistance, of which 13246 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget, and 5000,0 thousand tenge is provided from the local budget. For a guaranteed social package for children from 1 to 6 years old (for reference: since January 1, 2023, the amount of 5175 tenge per child aged 1 to 6 years has been transferred from natural to monetized type of assistance) – 2479 thousand tenge is provided from the regional budget. Previously, in 2020 - 2022, a guaranteed social package was provided in the form of food and household kits in kind. Since the beginning of 2023, targeted social assistance has been assigned and paid in the amount of 8480.0 thousand tenge (25 families, 124 people in them), as well as GSP40 children have been paid in the amount of 1050.5 thousand tenge.
In 2023, 1211 thousand tenge is provided for reimbursement of the costs of home education for children with disabilities. (for reference: 10350 tenge per month) 12 children were paid in the amount of 554.9 thousand tenge. 600.0 thousand tenge is provided for the payment of housing assistance this year. 4 families were paid, including 28 people in the amount of 229.4 thousand tenge.
Work continues on the return of unreasonably paid targeted social assistance, 707.5 thousand tenge remains unpaid today, including: N.Y.
