State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of Bulandyn district" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) 23 state services are provided, including 8 civil registration services.
As of September 1, 2022, 1,819 public services have been provided, including 1,137 through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens", 408 through the e-government portal, 274 in a state body, including the service "Issuance and extension of permits to labor immigrants" has been provided in the department since May 15, 164 have been accepted during this period services.
The information in the Registry Office information system has been updated since the beginning of the year in the amount of 153071 act records.
Within the framework of the party project "Bakytty Otbasy", 12 operational response groups were created as part of them: local police officers, representatives of education, health, social protection, non-governmental organizations. During the reporting period, the rapid response team visited thirty families in a difficult life situation, as well as families of persons receiving social assistance for tuberculosis (seventeen families) were taken under special control.
The Department pays social assistance to certain categories of citizens in need by the decision of local representative bodies, which covers citizens with socially significant diseases, including over the past period 279 cancer patients, 17 TB patients, 13 HIV-infected people received social assistance, 6 citizens who got into a difficult life situation also received social assistance, 1 family who suffered a natural disaster disaster, 361 large families receive quarterly vouchers for preferential travel for mothers with many children, payments have been made for the holidays, including 1 participant of the Great Patriotic War, 74 home front workers, 48 internationalist soldiers, it is also planned to pay 1,300 persons with disabilities and 700 pensioners with a minimum pension, during the month of support for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
Social assistance is paid to teachers living and working in rural areas for the purchase of fuel and utilities, this year it is planned to pay 522 teachers.
The following types of social support are provided to socially vulnerable segments of the population: 230 people received targeted social assistance, 31 people received housing assistance, 11 disabled children receive a monthly allowance provided for disabled children studying and being brought up at home.
Since 2021, orders for hygiene products, means of transportation, sanatorium treatment, the acquisition of sign language, typhlotechnical means for persons with disabilities are made through the social services portal, assistance is provided by specialists of our department in placing orders on a regular basis, the implementation of the IPR is monitored, since the beginning of the year more than 600 orders have been executed.
In order to reengineer some processes, in particular, to receive targeted social assistance for socially vulnerable segments of the population, work is being done to fill out a digital family card (CCF).
Special social services are provided to 8 elderly people living alone through a non-governmental organization, as well as a Crisis Center functioning through a state social order, in which citizens who have been subjected to domestic violence are placed. The Department is a working body in the activities of the Advisory and Advisory Body for the promotion of the activities of institutions executing criminal penalties and other measures of criminal legal impact, as well as for the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences, whose tasks include coordinating the interaction of local executive bodies with institutions of the penal system for assistance in labor and the household structure of the released convicts; in the activities of the Coordinating Council in the field of social protection of Persons with disabilities, whose main task is to fulfill the obligations provided for by the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2015 "On ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities"; in the activities of the commission on social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, whose functions include monitoring of concluded collective agreements and agreements on compulsory social insurance of employees from industrial accidents at enterprises and organizations of the district, etc.
