The population as of 31 December 2020 was 1019 people, of which the working-age population was 575 people, incl. self-employed 194 people and working 381 people, pensioners - 161 people, 28 people with disabilities, including 11 able-bodied people, 7 working people, 11 large families, 7 mothers with many children awarded with "Altyn alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants. The number of births in 2020 is 10 children, the number of deaths is 12 people. Within the framework of the special project "Auyl-el besigi", the following was allocated from the republican budget: - 554.3 million tenge for the reconstruction of water supply networks in the village of Kapitonovka,commissioning of the water supply system is planned by the end of this year. - 80.0 million tenge for medium repair of intra-village roads, 4 km were repaired. - 20.4 million tenge for the improvement of the sports ground in the village of Kapitonovka: sports simulators were installed in the rural House of Culture and on the territory of the stadium, the fencing of the volleyball court at the stadium, covered with artificial turf, lighting was provided. Local government. The number of civil servants of the akim's apparatus of the rural district is 4 people. The akim's office provides 6 types of public services, such as the delivery of children from the villages of Pushkino and Baluan Sholak, the provision of land plots for the construction of objects and individual housing construction, a change in the purpose of the land plot, the provision of land plots for servicing a residential building and running a personal subsidiary farm. In total, in 2020, 12 public services were provided on them, 57 public services were provided through the E-gov corner, 10 applications of citizens were considered and 9 personal receptions were held. Agriculture A special role in the structure of the economy belongs to agriculture, which is designed to solve one of the most important tasks - ensuring food security. On the territory of the district there are 1 limited liability partnership and 2 peasant farms, whose work is mainly focused on agricultural production and 2 peasant farms engaged in breeding horses and sheep. The structure of sown areas for 2020 is 22 447 hectares, of which grain crops on an area of 18 897 hectares, oilseeds 3 186 hectares. The average yield in the district of grain and leguminous plants is 12.34 c/h, oilseeds 9.74 c/h. Despite the active development of crop production, one of the leading branches of agriculture is animal husbandry. On the territory of the rural district, "Zhuravlevka-1" LTR is engaged in animal husbandry with the number of cattle of the Kazakh white-headed breed of 821 heads and 2 peasant farms, with a total number of horses of 150 heads, of sheep 50 heads. The total number of farm animals in the population is: cattle - 1146 heads, small cattle - 609, horses - 341, pigs - 684. The "Zholboldy 2017" agricultural production complex is created for the purpose of breed transformation of cattle and specializes in meat production, which includes 73 farmsteads, with a total the number of cattle - 310 heads. During the reporting period, medical and preventive measures for examination and vaccination were carried out by 100%. Diseases in animals in rural areas in 2020 were not detected. In May 2020, the specialists of the regional enterprise “Bulandy Vetservice” caught and destroyed 17 stray dogs and disposed of them in the cattle burial ground of the rural district. As the problem with stray dogs still remains, this work will continue this year. Entrepreneurship Work is underway to implement government programs, support the development of entrepreneurship. Small and medium business plays an important role in the economic development of the Kapitonovka rural district. Gradually, it starts to gain momentum. The population of the district is served by 8 retail outlets, which provide essential goods. Bread for the population is brought from the regional center by suppliers T. Bulatov and K. Sharipov. Landscaping An important factor for us is the improvement of our district, in particular the village of Kapitonovka. On an ongoing basis, work is carried out to mow weed vegetation on an area of 27,000 m2, garbage is regularly collected on the streets and socially significant objects. As part of the months of landscaping, sanitary cleaning and landscaping, work was carried out to remove about 5 thousand tons of manure and garbage from the territory of private farmsteads. Planting of 50 seedlings and shrubs was carried out. There is a fire station on the territory of the district, which serves three rural districts, there is a special equipment in the form of a fire engine.In order to prevent emergencies during the flood period, specialists of the Emergency Situations Department in March carry out blasting operations in the bed of the Baksuk river, special equipment of "Zhuravlevka-1" LTR is used to clean the flood water drainage routes in all settlements of the rural district. Sport On the territory of the district there is a good base for physical development and sports, a summer stadium is functioning, a fencing of a volleyball court covered with an artificial turf is installed, sports simulators are installed, lighting is provided, a gym at the school operates, a hockey court at the school operates in the building of the LTR "Zhuravlevka-1" has a gym, a gym is opening in the rural House of Culture, where sports simulators have been purchased and installed at the expense of the republican budget.
