This year marks the 30th anniversary of our independence. This is an important milestone, marking the revival of Kazakh statehood and the acquisition of freedom. By the standards of history, 30 years is just an instant. However, for many peoples, this period included an entire era filled with difficulties and victories, crises and achievements. We are going through this too.
Thirty years of Independence can be roughly divided into three decades. Each of these periods has its own special historical significanceThe first decade is the time of laying the foundation for a new Kazakhstan. Under the leadership of Elbasy, state symbols were approved, an effective system of power was formed. National currency introduced. The Armed Forces have been created. The main law of the country was adopted. The Strategy "Kazakhstan-2030" was adopted.The second decade is a period of expanding the horizons of our statehood. Over the years, the country's positions have been significantly strengthened. The economic potential has grown. We have implemented the Cultural Heritage program. The new capital, built on the banks of Esil, has become a national symbol.In the third decade, they reached even greater heights in their development. The issues related to the state border were finally resolved. The Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050" was adopted, which outlined the goal of entering the top thirty developed countries of the world.The main goals of the fourth decade are a strong state and a competitive nation.
Now we are presented with an opportunity to increase the achievements of Independence, to bring the country to a qualitatively new level of development.
We will be able to achieve these goals by ensuring the continuity of Elbasy's policy and carrying out systemic reforms.
Traditionally, we sum up the results, define plans and prospects for the future. The state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Ergolsk aul district" operates in accordance with the Law "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Ergolsk aul district includes 4 settlements: with a total number of 1261 people, the center of the aul district aul Toktamys with a population of 717 people, a branch of the village of Ivankovka - 214 people, the village of Novokievka - 108 people, the village of Gordeevka - 222 people, the birth rate for the year was - 13 children, mortality -17 people, the Nur Otan party consists of 73 people.
