As you know, on September 1, 2020, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tokayev Kassym-Jomart voiced the Message to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", in which the President identified the main tasks to achieve a specific goal.
Taking into account all the tasks set, the apparatus of the akim of the Voznesensky rural district is building its work. The well-being of the people, peace, economic and political stability, good relations with neighbors - this is what has been created during the years of Kazakhstan's independence and which we are rightfully proud of.
The rural district includes 3 settlements: Voznesenka village, auls Akkayin and Tastyozek with a total number of residential yards - 563 with a total population of 1797 people.
The main activity of the adult population of the rural district is work in the agricultural formations of the district, these are Firma Nanar LLP, Zhuravlevka 1 LLP, Makinskoe Farm, Bulandy Meken LLP; as well as Kupchanovskoe PMSU (medical and sanitary institution), Otradnenskoe KSU, Makinskaya poultry farm, LLP "Karim Group", in trade, business, personal subsidiary farming.
Subsidiary farming is a good help to the economic well-being of the population of the rural district. Livestock raising is mainly concentrated in the private sector. According to the data of the yard bypass, as of January 1, 2021, the total number of households is 563, of which 257 are households. Number of cattle by population - 575 heads, LLP "Karim Group" - 260 heads, sheep by population - 681 heads, farm "Makinskoe" - 100 heads, horses by population - 115 heads, LLP "Karim Group" - 414 heads, LLP "Bulandy Meken" - 21 heads, pigs by population - 295 heads, birds - 3167. There is a vacancy for a veterinarian in the district. The plan for veterinary preventive measures is carried out on time and in full. The cattle population is 100% vaccinated against tuberculosis and brucellosis, anthrax and emkar.
Education: There are 3 secondary schools in the district: Voznesenskaya secondary school, Tastyozekskaya and Akkayynskaya primary schools, the number of students is 311 students, of which 30 students attend preschool. There is a mini-center in the village of Voznesenka, in the village of Tastyozek a kindergarten "Bota" and a mini-center in the village of Akkayin. In all schools, the teaching staff is fully staffed, all teachers have higher and secondary special education. In addition to the curriculum, schools hold various activities for the educational, sports, amateur performances, etc.
By the new school year, all schools were undergoing maintenance work.
Healthcare. One medical outpatient clinic and one paramedic station provide medical assistance to the population of the district. In the Voznesenskaya medical outpatient clinic, the medical staff works in full staff. The outpatient clinic is provided with an ambulance car. The birth rate in 2019 is 19 children, in 2020 - 18 children. The total mortality rate in 2019 is 16 people, in 2020 - 27 people.
Communication. Almost the entire population of the rural district is provided with telephones. The population uses Internet services, there are 2 cell towers in the district: Beeline and Aktiv.
Mail. We receive mail 2 times a week.
Entrepreneurship. There are 11 private shops in the district: of them in the village of Tastyozek - 2 units, Akkayin - 1 unit, Voznesenka - 8 units. The shops have a wide range of food and industrial goods that meet the demand of the population. On the territory of the district there is one gas station, 1 wood processing shop.
Program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship
In the first direction, 2 people underwent professional training. In the second direction of the program, 1 people received a certificate in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business program. In the third direction, 7 people were employed.
Culture. There is a village club in the village of Tastyozek. During the year, the club hosted various cultural events, including a show of amateur performances.
There are also two rural libraries in the district.
Implementation of the program article of the Head of State on the modernization of public consciousness "Rukhani zhagyru".
Within the framework of the Rukhani Zhagyru program, the following events were held in the rural district: 5 book exhibitions, 5 concerts. The list of the sacred places of the district includes the monument to Baluan Sholak, to which excursions were conducted for students and residents of the district during the year.
Sport. Certain work is being done in the district to develop sports. Sports sections and circles work in schools. Our athletes take part in all sports events held in the region and in the region where they win prizes.
Water supply. The population of the district is provided with drinking water from wells and water wells. In the spring and autumn, disinfection was carried out, and laboratory tests of the water are carried out monthly. The problematic issue is the lack of water supply in the village of Voznesenka and in the aul Akkayin.
Improvement. During 2020, some work was carried out in the district to improve settlements: cutting down weeds, whitewashing poles and trees, cleaning territories from garbage, painted street lighting poles. A month on the improvement of the settlement is held annually. Was carried out a complete lining of garbage at the solid waste landfill. Trees and bushes were planted in spring and autumn. Monuments and obelisks were put in order, bus stops were whitewashed and put in order. Snow clearance in Voznesenka village is carried out by Firma Nanar LLP, in Akkayyn village - by Zhuravlevka-1 LLP, in Tastyozek village - Bulandy Meken LLP and Karim Group LLP.
Social protection of the population
A special place in the work of the akimat is given to work with disabled people, pensioners, home front workers. Social maps have been drawn up for the entire population of the district, where the dynamics of employment of the population, the social status of citizens are monitored.
62 disabled people of working age live in the okrug, including 8 children, 298 retirees, 34 home front workers, 20 rehabilitated people, 20 large families.
On the territory of the rural district there is a social worker who serves four elderly people living alone, a disabled person over 18 years of age and two disabled children with a violation of ODA. There is an assistant for the appointment of targeted social assistance from the employment center in the district. In 2020, 5 families received targeted social assistance.
Law and order. A special place in the work of the akimat is given to the observance of legality and law and order. On a monthly basis, the Akimat draws up a schedule for the duty of DND for law and order in the evening.
Activities of the Akim's apparatus of the rural district
Public services: The apparatus of the akim of the rural district carries out its activities in accordance with the Law "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Voznesensky rural district" for 2020 provided 46 public services, of which:
-43 service “Acceptance of documents for the provision of free transportation to and from general educational organizations for children living in remote rural districts”.
-3 services "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require an auction"
Issued certificates of a social nature - 247 pieces.
In 2020, the akim of the rural district issued 40 orders on core activities. Citizens are received regularly on personal matters.

The akim's apparatus received 262 incoming correspondence and 162 outgoing correspondence.
One of the areas of work of rural akimats is the performance of notarial actions. In total, in 2020, 3 notarial actions were performed, of which 3 were power of attorney.
The population of the rural district is kept on a constant basis, and the movement of livestock in private farmsteads is kept. In the akim's apparatus, 37 household books and 1 farm book were filled.
A lot of work is carried out by the specialists of the akim's apparatus for the primary registration of military servicemen and conscripts. There are 263 conscripts, 57 conscripts, 1 officer on the military register in the rural district. In 2020, 6 people were drafted into the ranks of the armed forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4 people were demobilized in 2020. For a special war period, 41 persons are registered, 5 young men born in 2003 have been registered. This work is carried out constantly in close contact with the Bulandy Department of Defense Affairs.
Akim of the okrug performs his work in accordance with the regulations, annual and semi-annual plans, on the basis of the Regulations on the apparatus of akim of the rural okrug. The implementation of budgetary funds for 2020 was 100%.
Measures taken to combat corruption offenses.
Compliance with anti-corruption legislation and the fight against corruption is one of the priority areas of the akim's apparatus. In order to prevent corruption by civil servants, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the Law "On Combating Corruption" and ethical norms and rules of conduct for civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In a conspicuous, accessible place, a box has been installed to receive applications and appeals from individuals and legal entities for illegal actions of officials. The responsibility of each civil servant of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of the Voznesensky rural district" for strict observance of state and labor discipline has been increased. On an ongoing basis, round tables are held among civil servants and budget workers, leaflets with helplines are hung up, in the akimat of the rural district there is an anti-corruption stand.
