In our district, the agricultural sector occupies a special place in the program of socio-economic development. To date, there are 29 agricultural organizations in the district, of which: 8-LLP, 21-peasant farms, operating sole proprietors-12. One of the largest LLP - "Danilovskoe and K0", which achieves high results in its work. The average yield last year was 16.3 c / ha. Veterinary Medicine
The district has a veterinary service. The identification plan for 2020 is 100% complete. However, this year there was an outbreak of nodular dermatitis in the district, more than 200 cattle were vaccinated. To prevent a recurrence of the disease in 2021, we plan to carry out preventive vaccination of livestock.
Education
Today, one of the priority areas is to improve the quality of education, education, training of the younger generation. In this direction, the work of educational institutions is important. There are 4 schools in the district (For reference: Altynda School, Alakol osh, Yeltay NSh, Zhanatalap NSh), all schools have been renovated. 376 million tenge was allocated for the repair of Altynda secondary school. It is planned to build the FAPA building in the village of Altyndy. A land plot of 25 acres is allocated for construction. The design and estimate documentation is handled by the district hospital.
Medical services are provided free of charge, and preventive examinations are conducted annually.
Culure
There is 1 village library in the district. Book fund in a. Altyndy is 19,000 books. Altynda secondary school has a library named after T. Kakishev.
Cultural and educational institutions of the district work according to the target program for the development of culture, revival and preservation of historical and cultural heritage. During the current year, some work has been carried out to improve the villages. The forces of "Danilovskoe I K0" LLP and the KH of the district are working on the maintenance of roads: on patching the road (filling with crushed stone) inside the village of Altyndy. Work was carried out on the improvement of settlements. On a regular basis, subbotniks are held, work is underway to mow weeds along roads and arrange the territory of organizations and private farmsteads. 3 people were involved in public works, 80 tons of garbage was removed, 85 trees were crowned and whitewashed, flower beds of 45 m2 were planted, squares-2 with an area of 250 sq. m. were normalized, 3 spontaneous landfills were eliminated, gatherings were held in 5 settlements, 150 people took part in the improvement. The access road from Karatal to Altynda of 3.5 km was repaired, in the amount of 40,000,000 tenge, as well as the repair of intra-village roads in the village of Altynda with a length of 4.5 km in the amount of 66 million 500 thousand tenge.

Water supply
The population of the rural district is provided with drinking water. In the village of Altyndy, the current repair of water supply networks was made in the amount of 52 million 500 thousand tenge. In the village of Zhanatalap and the village of Alakol, it is necessary to build a water pipeline. In the village of Boyarka, the water supply networks are outdated, and reconstruction is required.

There are 12 functioning sole proprietors in the district, including 6 shops. In the first half of 2020, 5 people were trained in various business development programs. The district is working to prevent an increase in prices for the most important types of food.
Employment of the population
According to the balance of labor resources, the population of Altynda rural district as of January 1, 2021 is economically active -805 people, including employed -767 people, economically inactive -366 people, self-employed-44 people.
The number of unemployed - 6 people, pensioners -183 people, disabled -38 people. Children -368 people.
In the course of the work carried out by the akimat together with agricultural organizations and entrepreneurs on employment and legalization of labor, the number of self-employed people in the district decreased by 35% compared to last year.
With the allocation of loans for the development of meat and dairy production in 2020-2021, it is planned to create new jobs. The task in our work, we see the expansion of subsidiary farming, gardening in each family.
Employment opportunities
In 2020, 7 people were employed in education (school repair), and 10 people were employed in Danilovskoye and K0 LLP.
Social protection of the population
