Reporting meetings of akims of all levels with the population have been an effective mechanism for solving the most important social and economic issues of our society for many years. These forums, held in accordance with the decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, serve as a clear indicator of democracy and openness in our country, help to really solve specific problems of the population and stand on the side of the constitutional rights of our citizens.
One of the main significant landmarks for every conscious citizen of Kazakhstan is the annual message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan.
It is especially important that the focus of the state and the authorities is on the purposeful task of investing in order to improve the welfare and standard of living of every citizen. Each person should have real opportunities to improve his life, the life of his family, to contribute to improving the life of the entire Kazakh society. Karaozek aul district, which includes 2 auls and 2 villages: a. Karaozek, a. Baysuat, Kupchanovka village and Eruslanovka village, as an administrative-territorial unit, was formed in 2003, located on the territory of 15592 thousand hectares.
The akim's apparatus of the aul district carries out work in accordance with the competence to provide public services to the population to perform notarial acts - 121: powers of attorney - 97, certified copies of documents and the accuracy of extracts from them - 17, certification of the authenticity of signatures on applications - 7, Registration of acts of civil status: concluded 7 marriages, 21 were born on the territory of the aul district, 7 died.
Improvement, sanitary cleaning and landscaping of the district is the most acute and painful issue in our district. From the beginning of spring to the present day, members of the improvement commission with the specialists of the akimat have been distributing instructions to everyone, indicating the date of putting in order the household plots. Conscientious owners without a reminder put things in order, and negligent until the fall cannot bring backyard plots to their proper form. After the rains, weeds started to grow, and weeds are being mowed everywhere with the help of the organization's workers, community activists and with the help of homeowners. It should also be noted that there are positive changes, for example, our residents at the solid waste landfill carefully stack the taken out garbage, and do not dump it at the entrance as it was in previous years. Backfilling and grading inside the village roads were not carried out in 2018, this work will continue this year.
In 2020, 10 social workers were created, later all were employed, and this year it is planned to organize three social jobs.
On the territory of the district, objects of a large investment project "Makinskaya poultry farm" were built, by explaining to the population the advantages of the object under construction, filling out the resume, it was possible to employ about 29 people from among the local residents, in the village of Baysuat at the hatchery and at the poultry processing plant. We also plan to find a job in August-September after the first stage of MPF is put into operation.
According to the "Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021" in our district for training personnel with technical education, one person is studying in Kokshetau in the specialty "Maintenance, repair and operation of road transport." According to the program of training the basics of entrepreneurship and business, 19 people studied, 8 of them received microcredits to start their own business, 6 people opened an individual entrepreneur, 1 person opened an SPK. In 2020, in the first stream of the Bastau-Business program, 2 people graduated from 2 more people signed up. For the employment of the unemployed, 4 people are involved in public works, they are employed in landscaping and landscaping.
In 2020, meetings were held under the akim of the aul district, elections of members of the local community meeting, meetings of the standing commissions according to the schedule, personal reception of citizens, meetings with entrepreneurs, heads of peasant farms, meetings with young people were held. The akim's apparatus builds its work on the basis of the developed monthly plans: organizes and ensures the execution of issues of military duty (in total there are 301 conscripts in the district, 207 youths of military age up to 27 years old); organizes work on the provision of social assistance in the aul district (under the aul district akim's apparatus, a commission has been created to appoint targeted social assistance, the commission meets on a quarterly basis); In the aul district in 2020, 2 families (15 people) receive targeted social assistance.

EDUCATION
The qualitative progress of the education system is one of the priorities of the national development program of our Republic.
The main goal of the State Program for the Development of Education for 2011 - 2020 is to increase the competitiveness of education, develop human capital by ensuring the availability of quality education for sustainable economic growth.
There are 3 schools in the aul district - 1 secondary, 2 primary. There is 1 mini-center in the district covering 40 children.
The heating system of schools and a kindergarten for 20 children is in satisfactory condition. Thanks to the head of the district, coal was delivered to all schools in full.
Hot meals are organized in the schools of the district, free hot meals for children from grades 1-4 and children from socially vulnerable families are organized at the expense of Zhuravlevka-1 LLP, the rest of the children eat at the expense of their parents. Public service delivery of students is carried out by a school bus, driver of the 1st class Idrisov Marat Serikovich, transportation of students also covers the Akkain basic school of the Voznesensky rural district.
SPORT
In order to create conditions for sports events, recreation and physical culture and health-improving work in the aul district, various mass sports events were held: health festivals, track and field athletics. The result of the comprehensive attention to the development of sports is the participation of our athletes in regional competitions.
In Karaozek secondary school there are sections on a permanent basis: volleyball, Kazakh kures, chess. In May, people with disabilities took part in the regional sports festival "Hope". We won prizes. For the first place won Shabeshkenov Maratbek was invited to take part in the regional sports festival "Nadezhda".
HEALTH CARE

CULTURE
It is not the first year that cultural institutions have been working under state programs to implement the laws "On Culture" and "On the Protection and Execution of Historical and Cultural Heritage."
Since the beginning of 2020, festive concerts have been organized and held, in which collectives from the Karaozek secondary school, folk art groups, and dance groups took part.
LIBRARIES
There is 1 library in the district. Karaozek. The total book fund is 8420 copies. Libraries receive new editions of books, subscription editions of newspapers, regional and republican. The library hosts book exhibitions, exhibitions dedicated to the anniversaries of famous writers. Librarians take an active part in preparing for public holidays, in the selection of thematic literature.
POSTAL AND TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS
There are two Kazpost offices on the territory of the aul district. The postal network consists of rural branches. Post offices provide postal services, pay wages, pensions and benefits to the population.
The population is provided with telephone communications, in the territory of the aul district there are two stationary automatic telephone exchanges, the number of subscribers is 350, 77 subscribers are connected to the Internet. Since the beginning of 2014, fiber-optic communications have been connected.
AGRARIAN SECTOR
The agrarian sector of the aul okrug unites 2 limited liability partnership and 8 peasant farms. To date, 100% of the sown area has been harvested. The average grain yield is 17.7 c / ha in our region is a good harvest, and the distribution of shares is poor.
For carrying out spring field and harvesting works, as in previous years, subsidies were provided to agricultural producers to reduce the cost of diesel fuel.
Firma Nanar LLP is engaged in breeding the Kazakh white-headed breed, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the region in the field of animal husbandry. According to the results of the year, Firma Nanar LLP has the following livestock of cattle - 658 heads, the population of cattle-901, MRS-1777, pigs-106, horses - 293 heads.
In order to establish a reliable record of livestock, improve the conduct of veterinary preventive measures, the identification of the entire livestock of farm animals is carried out. In connection with the introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine" and the tightening of requirements for the slaughter of animals intended for subsequent sale, in Firma Nanar LLP in the village. Eruslanovka has a slaughterhouse where all the norms and requirements for organizing the slaughter of animals are observed.
Small business
The main goal of the Program for the Development and Support of Small Businesses is to create favorable conditions for the development of small businesses, solve the problem of employment, and create a competitive environment.
Currently, there are 4 shops in the aul district, at the moment woodworking shops are not functioning due to the lack of lumber.
