Dear fellow villagers and participants of the meeting!
In order to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 190 dated 02/05/2016 "On holding reporting meetings with the population of heads of central executive bodies, akims, rectors of national higher educational institutions", akims of all levels hold reporting meetings in front of the population, during which they are informed about implementation of the reforms carried out in the country, on the implementation of state and regional programs, on measures taken in the framework of the fight against corruption offenses, the socio-economic development of administrative-territorial units for the reporting period, tasks and main directions of their further development.
We are meeting at the next reporting meeting in order to sum up the results of the past year and set new tasks for ourselves, on which we must build our work in the future.

Having collected a unique rich experience in creating a state, we entered a new stage. I am sure that no matter what difficulties we face ahead, we will overcome them. Our main strength is unity.
We will turn Kazakhstan into an even more prosperous country for our descendants!
Patriotism begins with love for one's land, for one's aul, city, region, with love for a small homeland. The «Туған жер» program assumes serious work of local lore in the field of education, ecology and landscaping, the study of regional history, restoration of cultural and historical monuments and cultural sites of a local scale.
All this is the result of the correct political path and the high authority of Kazakhstan in the international arena.
So, summing up the results of 2020, we came to the following indicators:
In 2020, the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Novobratsk Rural District" received 4 appeals, of which 3 written appeals from individuals; 1 oral appeal at a personal appointment. All appeals were satisfied and clarified. 67 notarial actions were performed.
"Providing free transportation to educational organizations and back home for children living in remote rural areas",
"Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement",
"Issuance of a decision to change the purpose of the land plot",
"Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require tenders (tenders, auctions)",

A self-service corner EGOV was installed in the akimat building, where residents of the rural district can receive services through the e-government portal.
SOCIO-DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION
Representatives of 11 nationalities live in the district. The district has 286 households with a total number of 751 people. In 2020, 9 children were born, 19 people died, 77 people left, 17 people arrived, the migration balance was: - 60. The economically active population is 407 people, 52 are self-employed, 394 of them have jobs in all spheres of activity, registered unemployed 6 people.
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
The agricultural sector of the rural district unites 2 limited liability partnership and 2 peasant farms and 2 simple partnerships, 1 individual entrepreneur for breed transformation.
In general, in the district, the population as of January 1, 2021, cattle - 714 heads, pigs - 475 heads, horses - 129 heads, small cattle - 487 heads, poultry - 4398.
In order to establish a reliable record of livestock, improve the conduct of veterinary and preventive measures, the identification of the entire livestock of farm animals is carried out. Specialists of the akimat conduct house-to-house rounds for the purpose of census of farm animals as of January 1 and July 1.
In connection with the introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine" and the tightening of requirements for the slaughter of animals intended for subsequent sale, a slaughter station operates in Novobratskoye LLP in the village of Budenovka, where all norms and requirements for organizing the slaughter of animals are observed. At the slaughterhouse, there is a mini workshop for the production of minced meat, soup products, the production of dumplings, mantas, cabbage rolls, sausages and other products.
The following agricultural processing facilities operate on the territory of the rural district. There is a bakery in the village of Novobratskoe, which provides 4 villages with bread. Total bread and bakery products produced per year 12.5 tons
ENTREPRENEURSHIP
The main goal of the Program for the Development and Support of Small Businesses is to create favorable conditions for the development of small businesses, solve the problem of employment, and create a competitive environment.
Currently, there are 9 shops, 1 bakery, 1 pharmacy in the rural district. Monitoring of prices for essential products is being carried out.
Along with the existing spheres of entrepreneurship, the district needs to develop a sphere in the provision of services to the population such as: a hairdresser, shoe repair, tire fitting, and a sewing workshop.
SOCIAL PROTECTION AND EMPLOYMENT OF THE POPULATION
This year, 6 of the unemployed citizens were sent to public paid work.
On the territory of the rural district, there are no families with income from the poverty line to the subsistence level. A precinct commission has been created and is working to examine the financial situation of families who applied for the appointment of targeted social assistance of a new format. In 2020, 3 applications for the appointment of state child benefits were satisfied. 14 people received targeted social assistance, currently 4 people.
EDUCATION
The qualitative progress of the education system is one of the priorities of the national development program of our Republic.
The main goal of the State Program for the Development of Education for 2011-2020 is to increase the competitiveness of education, develop human capital by ensuring the availability of quality education for sustainable economic growth.
There are 2 schools in the rural district, of which 1 is secondary and 1 is primary.
There are 2 mini-centers in the district in the villages of Novobratskoe and Budenovka with coverage of 13 and 3 children.
The heating system of schools is in satisfactory condition. Coal is delivered to all schools on a regular basis. Boiler houses were transferred to the service of a heat distribution company.
Hot meals are organized in all schools of the district at the expense of the Novobratskoye agricultural enterprise LLP and at the expense of parents.
Elementary school in the village of Budenovka:
The team of teachers - 4 people, 9 - students, 5 - preschool.
Secondary school in the village of Novobratskoye:
The team has 22 teachers, 89 students, and 3 preschool students. The school has a library and a museum.
There is a bus for transporting students.
The main sponsor in the Novobratsk rural district is the Novobratskoe agricultural enterprise LLP. For 2020, LLP "Agricultural Enterprise Novobratskoye" and the State Institution "Akim's Office of the Novobratsk Rural District" signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation and implementation of measures for social support for the development of settlements within the framework of private partnership
Also, 2 peasant farms and 2 simple partnerships are registered on the territory of the rural district.
HEALTH CARE
Novobratsk medical outpatient clinic serves the population of 1903 people, there is a midwife, laboratory assistant, social worker and 3 head. medical posts. There is a day hospital for 5 beds. There is an ambulance and vacancy of doctor therapist.
Patients with diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, ischemic disease, bronchial asthma, rheumatoid arthritis are provided with preferential medicines.
For 2020, medical workers carried out all the planned activities:
- Screening of the adult population - 119 people (100%),
- Screening of the child population - 99 children (100%),
- Fluoroscopy - 571 people (95%)
- Examined by a mobile team of doctors 280 people
No child or maternal mortality was recorded.
CULTURE
At the beginning of 2020, festive concerts were organized and held in which students of the secondary school in the village of Novobratskoye and amateur art groups took part. A review of folk art was held. The best numbers were selected for a concert in the city of Makinsk. Based on the results of the show, they were awarded diplomas.
There are 2 libraries in the district in the village of Novobratskoye and the village of Budenovka. The total book fund is 20,000 copies. Libraries receive new editions of books, subscription editions of newspapers, regional and republican. The Novobratsk Library has a computer with Internet access. The library hosts book exhibitions, exhibitions dedicated to the anniversaries of famous writers. Librarians take an active part in preparing for public holidays, in the selection of thematic literature
SPORT
In order to create conditions for large cultural and sports events, recreation and physical culture and health-improving work in the rural district, various sports events were held: health festivals, track and field athletics. The result of the comprehensive attention to the development of sports is the participation of our athletes in regional competitions.
The male volleyball team of the rural district has repeatedly won prizes in regional competitions. Also, school students show good results in skiing.
NUR OTAN
On the territory of the Novobratsk rural district, the primary party organization "Nur Otan" operates, in which 68 party members are registered.
The primary party organization takes an active part in the political, socio-economic and cultural life of the district, the work of the primary organization was carried out according to the plan under the auspices of the Nur Otan and Rukhani Zhangyru parties.
There are a number of problematic issues in the rural district that are raised annually at reporting meetings.
1) - production of legal documents for solid waste objects for a total amount of 5.0 million tenge from the regional budget
2) - it is necessary to build well barriers (3 pieces) and a storage tank (1 piece) on the Novobratskoye-Budenovka group water pipeline for a total amount of 24.0 million tenge in accordance with the requirements of SANPIN from the regional budget.
3) - it is necessary to strengthen the coastal part of the bridge of the highway of regional significance Voznesenka-Novobratskoe (69th km across the Konyr River) for a total of 28.0 million tenge from the regional budget.
4) - it is necessary to repair the highway of regional significance Voznesenka-Novobratskoye (section from 60.0 km to 64.5 km) for a total amount of 52.0 million tenge from the regional budget.
